I was disappointed by the service of another storage company that is in very close proximity to Frisco Self Storage.  I noticed Frisco in passing and decided to stop to see what they had to offer.  Erin was very friendly, personable and addressed all of my storage needs.  Frisco Self Storage has great prices and the facility is extremely clean. I'm so glad I found them!!

Kudos to this storage company for doing it right and having a competent staff in the main office. I was graciously helped by Tiffany, the manager and she answered every question I had without having to follow up or say she didn't know. The facility is clean and most importantly air conditioned, whew. Looking forward to being a repeat customer.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! They have quickly addresses any issue we have had, and we’ve only had a few. Everything is always very clean as well. I also love their postal service, Tiffany is great.

Edit: Upon verification, it was pointed out that I was mistaken on the hours, and for that, I apologize to the staff! I also think there was likely a communication issue rather than any malice. From the speed and length of the reply below, I believe the management is interested in running a great self-storage, including good communication and service.  I still maintain it could have been handled differently but, I hope, it will be handled differently in the future and encourage people to make their own opinions about this facility.  &lt;original edited&gt; The staff was very underwhelming when we asked for help. &lt;inaccurate content removed&gt; Then, when they did show up, they seemed very uninterested in helping us. &lt;judgement removed due to inaccurate understanding&gt;.  Everyone has bad days, but if you're in the service industry, it is vital to actually provide good service to keep customers coming in. &lt;add&gt; Also, great service starts with good communication and management, which I now believe this facility has. &lt;/add&gt; &lt;/end original edited&gt;

The staff here is FABULOUS! Cheryl & Tiffany were so patient with all my questions. Helped me understand the process. Helped me figure out the right size to fit my needs.  Super knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better!

Awesome Staff here!! Clean storage units and even has bathrooms which are always kept clean. Prices are very reasonable for the storage units. Climate controlled units are kept a perfect temperature.

Cheryl was beyond helpful!! We needed a last minute storage unit and a U-haul truck rental and she was able to make that happen for us even on short notice.

We recently visited Frisco Self Storage and had the pleasure of working with Cheryl. She was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us find the right storage unit! Thanks, Cheryl!

Excellent customer service by Cheryl.  She was very helpful and professional toward the best size and location, to meet our needs.  This facility is clearly one of the best in our city, and I would highly recommend it.

STOP! This is the place to feel safe and good about where to store all your earthly treasures. SAFE, CLEAN, Air-conditioned and GREAT hours 5am-10pm Tye and her team are fabulous, patient and kind. I have stored a few things over the years in different states and Frisco Self Storage ranks in the top 3!  Oh, and for a 10x 20 space I paid the same as a 10 x15 from the competitor accross the street. Make sure to tell them Ingo sent you!
