The quality of care I’ve received here and Wisconsin in general really has been atrocious. Doctors that don’t seem to know basic tests to ask for or don’t have a clear plan for follow ups…I am moving my primary care back to Chicagoland because driving back and forth is less time wasted than appointments here.
My doctor moved to this facility and I went for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. On time, Lovely reception people, kind. It is spacious, very clean and and the gal who drew blood was the best. Never felt a thing. Best doctor/facility experience ever.
Have been a dozen times and positive experiences every time. Urgent care, lab testing, regular visits. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A few doctors that have been in the practice for a while give long lead times, but have found there are new doctors here with just as much skillset.
WORST. Tried calling twice. On hold for 45 minutes first time and 27 minutes second time. I dont think anyone works there. I just had a question and no one picked up to talk to.
This place is amazing. Went in for a minor eye injury - the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Staff was great. Facilities are an order of magnitude nicer than any other urgent care centers in the North Shore. Lastly, most other urgent care centers close at 8 pm, so it’s nice to have an alternative to the ER or waiting until morning.
Helpful place with relatively fast appointment services. Kind of disappointed I have been practically begging for my necessary prescription to be filled all week. I can’t emphasize enough that it shouldn’t be the patient’s job to a remind the doctors of their job daily. I feel like an awful nuisance towards both this place and the pharmacy at this point. Not great accessibility for someone with an anxiety disorder.
Had an appt to get two immunizations not to see anyone specific at 8:45. Arrived on time and was rudely remarked of there 10 mintue grace period at the end of checking in. I looked at my phone 8:47. The time it took for me to be helped made me apparently late. Get told where to sit upstairs. I wait for 30 minutes. People come in after me and are called before me. Again, I only needed two shots. We finally see a nurse walk past and mentioned I have been waiting for more than 15minutes. She goes in back to check. Comes out and says they are pulling my file right now. For what? It's two basic shots- flu and meningitis. I wait ANOTHER 15 minutes. More people come and wait and are called before me. I finally get called. The nurse doesn't introduce herself so I have no clue her name. Shes was very elderly and seemed confused about what she needed to do. We get into the room and the shots aren't even ready. I wait almost another 10minutes as she gets them. She does them and my flu shot was done incorrectly! It is suppose to be placed in your muscle. She did it just beneath my skin. I can't sure if my meningitis shot was done properly now. She doesn't go through any aftercare and just says look for symptoms and I leave to head to the lobby. At this point, I'm more than irritated. I go downstairs to where I check in. I ask if there is someone I can complain to. They scramble to figure out and give me a card for the manager who isn't there. I'm told she runs two clinics. I call the other one she runs and she's not there either. Fortunately, I'm given her direct lines to call and I will absolutely be calling later today. This is one of the nicest clinics I've been to but the most ill-run. Getting two immunizations shouldn't take 50 minutes. The few patients that came after me went before me and this clinic was in no way busy. I've been to busy clinics and have been treated faster. Least to say, I'll never come here again and I don't recommend anyone else do either till management can get it together.
This is the worst clinic. Appointments are consistently running behind even though no one appears to be there and phone calls to the nurses take forever to be returned or just are not returned at all! The only reason I changed clinics was because it was closer to where I lived. I would have expected all Froedert clinics to be held to the same standards but this place is just terrible!
The facility seems modern and clean. The woman who took me back Sue- was incredibly rude and unprofessional... though I think? she meant well. Everyone else was nice- and everything was fast. There seems to be little to no privacy - my information and ailments were discussed in the open, or in the room with the door open.
My husband was in the Froedtert Health Center today to have some stitches removed. The staff nurse Sue and doctor Dr Linda were friendly, professional and very efficient. The facility was excellent...immaculately clean.
