I love my doctor,  I truly do.  But it's getting ridiculous that every time I need to see her it takes 2 months to even get in. I'm not kidding.  My husband can be seen the next day by his PCP and we go to the same place. At most,  it should only take a week! Then leaving messages.... they go unanswered for awhile too. I do like FastCare but they're limited on what they can do for the bigger things.  I did see another doctor there and she was so rude to me.  It's no wonder why she had a lot of openings that day. Then her her snide comment,  "you should really see your PCP for that." She rolled her eyes at me when I said,  "yeh, I tried getting in but she's booking two months out!"  Things need to change.  I'm about to go to a different clinic.

Apparently Someone in Record department is putting false Statements about me in my file at Froertert By People I do not know such as my sister Wendy or her friend in Nurse practitioners office Dawn OR By anyone else I have not Seen or Spent time with such as children of my sister Wendy that's against law I will Sue your Faility if not taken out I understand Someone has CHANGED MY ADDRESS WITHOUT MY CONSENT  I OWN MY HOME AND DO NOT Change MY ADDRESS

I schedule an apt 2 months ago to see a PCP for the first time! I got a call today saying that they need to reschedule due to the Doctor not being there and it would have to be a month later! The scheduling person was so rude and did not care for anything! Horrible customer service! That’s definitely not the place I want to be for my health needs!

My PCP, Dr. Gary Herdrich, and his PA , Ashley Lindsmeier, are a wonderful duo. If Dr. Herdrich isn't available, Ashley is and both do such a wonderful job. It's evident that they truly care, they listen and go above and beyond. I've never had any issues, and recommend this clinic to everyone.

I was seen at this facility for the first time 05/20/2022.  I was very sick and was so impressed with everyone I came in contact with.  They made me feel like I was in very good hands.  The whole process from start to finish was prompt and efficient. I saw an ARNP, Katelyn, who was the best.  I have never been to a walk-in clinic before in my life that took such good care of you.  I would not hesitate to be seen there again if there was a need.  Top notch place! Thank you all for making it as pleasant as it could be.

Don’t bother calling for dermatology only have 1 day of appointments all year long what a joke!

Dr.Patel does not have patient care best interest. The patient will be asked to sit in the corner of the room and Dr. Patel will walk in and in stand at the door and do her evaluation from there. She doesn't come any where near the patient. How can you make a clear evaluation from that far away ? My husband also went her after he had a minor  stroke and same exact thing. He is sitting in the corner and she comes in and is standing at the door to evaluate how bad his stroke was. How the the heck can you see how his reaction to things are from that far away? He never returned and I also am going to see a new doctor .

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00am this morning, I went to the wrong location at first so called and asked if it would be okay if I was a few minutes late, due to going to the wrong West Bend Froedtert location. The lady on the phone stated as long as I am there within 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I will still be eligible to be seen. I arrived and was in the building by 10:11am. I had to wait in a very long line and by the time I was able to speak with a receptionist it was 10:15am. I told her my information and she said I am 15 minutes late so I am not able to be seen anymore. I explained that I was in the building at 10:11am and had called ahead to ensure I would still have a chance of making it to my appointment in time. The receptionist was not understanding nor polite. It is not my fault I had to wait in a long line before being helped, hence adding on time before I could get checked in. I understand it is not acceptable to be late for your appointments and their is a schedule that must be followed. I was one minute past the “10 minute rule” and I could not help having to wait in a line for 5 minutes before being helped. There was no manners and I left the Froedtert West Bend Health Center very upset.

The Emergency room has issues. I was send home with dangerously low sodium and potassium levels. Doctor never even took blood work. I was back at ER in an hour. Next doctor did his job and I was admitted to the hospital for 4 days. Nurses and some doctors at ER are very rude!!! The clinic staff is fine. Just the new clinic needs access to the stairs. Not all people can take the elevator. The staff is not always so willing to walk you up to 3rd floor either

I needed to see a dermatologist for a skin condition I have. I called Froedtert to get an appointment with a dermatologist and was told I “Need” to have a referral from another doctor even with a “Known” medical condition, but could be put on a waiting list that is 4+ months out to see a dermatologist. I booked an appointment to get a referral, and they were quick to put in a referral to see a dermatologist. Nothing against the doctor that I have seen for this, but to have to wait 30+ days for an appointment just for a referral, which my health insurance company “Does not require any referrals for specialists” and maybe wait another month or two for a dermatologist.  I ended up calling Aura Healthcare, was on the phone less than 5 minutes, and had an appointment with a dermatologist the same day, and had the minor surgery completed, all within 15min that day. I had just moved to this area, but in my short experience Froedtert, I would say stay away. My family will not be scheduling any appointments with them.
