I have nothing but good things to say about this branch. The tellers are always courteous and friendly but businesslike and efficient. I'm old school - I like to interact with people when it comes to my money, and I like a local bank without tons of unnecessary risky financial exposure to "world markets" or whatever the newest shiny thing is. I also appreciate that there are NO plexiglass barriers between the customers and the staff. Kudos!
They charge $8/month for a checking account, impossible to deposit money 50% of the time, because their only avaliable ATM is broken every 1,5 weeks. I do a 30 minute drive every 1,5 weeks for nothing. Waiting for an other bank's card in the mail, can't wait to be done with this.
They do not process Auto Loans at branches. I am buying a truck from my company and the banks policy is seller has to be present in branch. Signing partner of said company would have to drive 4.5hrs to sign a few papers. Opened account last week and closing this week. Also, there is not an online loan application. It is in Person or on the Phone....
My accounts where closed because of fraud activity on my account. I went into the branch and had them open new accounts for me.. I could not update my new account numbers in time to recieve my direct deposit from my employer into the new accounts. Frost told me they can hold the funds for 24 hours and I can request them be sent to my new accounts. It has been 3 days and now they are saying it will take another 3 to 4 days because the original banker did not classify the request properly. I have called every day and this is the first time they told me it was done improperly and the first time someone over there changed it to the correct way. I am very displeased with this level of support from Frost.
The staff at the Landa branch is just the nicest people I've ever worked with. Every time I go inside of the lobby they're welcoming and go out of their way to help me with my business and personal account. Thank you for all for making baking a love Sarah
I have had several banks over the course of my lifetime and none hold a candle to Frost Bank, particularly the New Braunfels location. Every single person that I've dealt with has been courteous and helpful. Frost Bank is one of the few institutions that I still feel values my business and wants me to utilize their services. I've been so pleased to work with them and hope to always continue to do so.
The staff here is excellent and very helpful. Tracy Bittner helped a ton with setting up a new account and she was very professional.
So so glad I switched from Wells Fargo where I was just a number, a meaningless cog in the wheel. Frost is awesome and really takes great care of their clients!
I love Lisa and Laura, they both go the extra mile and always greet me by my name. This is a great bank!
Been with Frost many years. Just wonderful people and great service
