The Forest Roberts Theatre was officially founded on May 31st, 1969, and is committed to bringing quality theatre to the Marquette community and those beyond. We strive to produce shows that explore and illuminate the human condition, and we are committed first and foremost to our students. The FRT accommodates 515 people and houses storage areas, shops, make-up and costume facilities, and dressing rooms.
Additionally, we are now home to the ONLY collegiate dance program in the Upper Peninsula. This program strives to allow students to explore various different styles and to be successful in forming bonds with the greater local dance community. With brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, our dance program is one of a kind.
