The employees don't really care, kind of a trashy store. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. *Adding a new picture.

I've been shopping here for 6 months or so and have always had a good experience. Apparently they shut down the beer and wine bar just in the past few days! I always looked forward to chatting with Jeff and Ernie. This is really a massive bummer.

This store was my favorite store, a little out of the way but worth it at the time. Now they changed the whole store around, getting rid of the bar and everything that made this store nice to shop at. Maybe focus on the customer that are in your store more than the ones that order on line. What a disappointment. Reminds me of Walmart now but more expensive

Not sure what happened to the Ocotillo store? New management? I recall when the store opened, it was clean, well stocked, friendly customer service, now it's a mess. The produce section is destroyed, empty sections, produce gone bad and rotten. The store is out of stock on a lot of items we purchase. Last Sunday, the freezer section looked like a disaster. Boxes of frozen food were broken open and spilled everywhere, sadly it must have been there for days because it was all crusted in ice. Customer service has been terrible, with long lines. Instead, they've added even more self-checkout. The meats department was closed for about 3 weeks with no explanation. We gave up and went to Fry's on Higley and we also shop at Albertsons now. What happened to this store???

This could be a great store if they actually kept the shelves stocked. Close, but no cigar - and unfortunately, I never seem to be able to do all of my shopping here because they are missing so many things from their selection. So I do some of it here, some at Bashas', and some at Sprouts. Hopefully, at some point, I'll find a store where I can do everything in one trip. This one isn't it.

Love this Fry's.....when I was in Produce ...the GARLIC WAS EMPTY and I asked the Produce guy and he found a whole box of garlic in a couple of minutes for me to choose from ...Plus I their patio selection out front of the store ..great summer patio ideas ...and plenty of gorgeous plants and flowers to choose from

Yeah the wine bar and selection are nice, but they have lines so long they shut off the line status TV. The clerks are constantly stressing out about racking carts. Why doesn’t management just hire more people and pay them better?

The most amazing versatile grocery store I have ever been to. This place has it all. And the best part is, it's in my neighbor! This was my first time I eat at a grocery store while having a glass of wine with the wifey. And one more thing, they sell milk in 5 different flavorsincluding Root Beer, in a GLASS jar. Does it get any better?

Horrible customer service! Last night, a Manager named Gene denied me a purchase of hops flavored soda non-alcoholic. I'm 47!!!!! He demanded id, and became a bully about it I've never done well with bullies. I'd rather shop somewhere else than be treated like that, which is exactly what I did last night, and will do from now on. Good riddance.

Tried to by 4- 12pak soda @$12 regarding labor day ad, at checkout a male clerk showed me a picture on his phone of a blank frys heading flyer & written on it in ink was $25 minimum purchase with 12 pack soda sale. I said it's not in the sales ad & again he showed me his picture & said you need to purchase $25 of groceries with the soda, I say nevermind. I go down the road to Basha's I ask about a minimum purchase they say no minimum purchase just the soda is fine at sale price.. so cool & cashier Pat was awesome.
