We have free introductory classes scheduled throughout the week. No reservation necessary for the free intro classes. Just show up 15 minutes prior to the intro class to fill out some paperwork. Bring water and comfortable clothes to workout in and we'll take care of the rest.

Although this isn't my normal gym, I have done a number of competitions here and I am always impressed with how they run. The space is big and clean, and the staff is friendly , helpful, and very knowledgeable. I've always had a stellar experience here- and it's clear the staff cares about each individual that walks through the doors. Definitely recommend for anyone local, or considering a competition here.
Coaches are very involved and give good tips and encouragement throughout the workout. The space is huge but not used well, it seems like the open gym users are prioritized so the class members are sharing equipment and tripping over each other in the floor space. Progression of warm up to strength to wod felt random and didn't flow well. Lacked the usual crossfit community spirit.
Bet decision I’ve made in years! I’m about a month in now and I couldn’t ask for a better group of coaches and people to workout with! I started with the 5 essential classes to learn the basics of each movement and now I am 2 weeks into the group classes and it has been awesome. All staff Andres, Brian, Carol, Al, are all top notch and incredibly helpful. Not to mention every other member I have come in contact with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I had zero CrossFit experience and was a little intimidated at first but everyone makes you feel right at home from the second you walk in. Amazing place to be, I feel apart of a great community with one goal, bettering yourself!
My 12 year old son doesn't like to do sport activities. I asked him to try a FTX Kids class. He has a hearing issue and I was worried about his ability to keep up with the class. He was giving the right amount attention to not only keep up, but have fun. It seemed to me that every kid in the class was enjoying the activities. The instructor was patient and made sure everyone was participating. My son enjoyed the hour class and wants to go back.
Great gym owned by a group who are all very knowledgeable with a unique class structure which is always challenging.
FTX crossfit is an amazing place! I discovered it two years ago and am SO glad I did! The member community here is welcoming, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, fun and engaging and the facility is super clean. I drive 45 minutes to get here... It’s that great!
As someone who loves CrossFit and has been doing it for years, I made it a priority to find a box as soon as I moved to the area. I I was looking for a quality facility, and even more importantly, a community of people committed to be the healthiest version of themselves. After my first couple of classes, I knew I had found just that, and was sold!
I dropped in to this box from out of town and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful and the owner is very friendly. FTX CrossFit is a great gym for anyone who wants to get a great workout in without spending 2 hours in a traditional gym. They also have a great facility and equipment. I definitely recommend this gym.
I joined FTX a little over a week ago and I am hooked! The coaches are great in ensuring you maximize your workouts in a safe, effective manner. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't been this excited to go to a gym in some time. Thanks FTX!
The trainers have a great balance of being encouraging without being too pushy. I've enjoyed FTX CrossFit more than any other gym!
