Chicken burnt and burnt taste is all over the rest of food not sure why any cook would think this is acceptable to put in someone’s plate. The chicken taste like it was used to clean the griddle. Plate ordered at 2:30 on Tuesday 7-25-23
Ok. It doesn’t look like a places I would eat at. … but I have to say, They lady was nice. We got good fast service and the food is good!!! Very tasty
I ordered take out this evening. I usually get the same thing, Steak Terriyaki. I never had a problem until this evening. My grandson brought the meal home, and with the first bite, something was not right. I asked him to try it, and as soon as the steak hit his tongue, that fast, it was spit outside. He told me there was definitely something wrong with it. So, I wrapped it up, and he took it back. He was told that the only thing they could do was give him a side of beef, & couldn't refund the meal at all, because there was no manager, and they don't give refunds. Why would I want a side of rancid meat? It was sickly sweet and rancid. What kind of restaurant doesn't give a refund on food that is spoiled? They might not give a refund, but I won't be spending any money there, ever again. If I get ill, I will definitely be calling the health department.
I've been eating Fuji's for 20 years or as long as I can remember but this evening's meal was by far the worst I have had yet! The chicken was so dry I could hardly swallow it. The rice was hard like it had been left over from another day and the teriyaki flavor was way too much and over powered everything else. I'm not sure what's going on there but I hope they get it together soon.
I will never eat at this restaurant again. I got terribly terribly ill after eating some hibachi steak mushrooms. The first few bites I was unsure it didn’t taste right not like it usually does but the mushrooms looked blue and there was something green on one of the mushrooms, the bite that I took and swallowed Burned my mouth and throat and I became violently ill with projectile vomiting. No, I am not allergic to mushrooms and I’ve eaten this dish many times. There was definitely something wrong with it.
The taste ain’t there anymore. It doesn’t taste the same, they don’t cook it right. The wait time is ridiculous and they made a big deal of charging me extra for extra sauces just so I can get home and wasn’t in there. Don’t waste your money hereFood: 1/5
Well the one in blackshear need to be more cleaner. When my son and wife got home with there food they roach legs is one plate. And co worker found a big roach in hers when opened her plate. And we order to terrikay steak the steak was brunt we couldn't eat it. I have not eat there since.
Food was awesome, as good or better than most expensive Japanese restaurants. Service and atmosphere not what I expected, it was ok/fine, did not expect fast food style setting.Food: 5/5

Stopped in to order a takeout. The cashier was great! We held good conversation! I had a special request in cooking my chicken and all my expectations were not only met but surpassed! The food was seriously the best I have had ever at a Fugi's! Seriously! The lighting on the outside was my only complaint... I rode by passing the restaurant once because there is no lighting or sign. I finally found it with GPS. Still deserves the 5 stars regardless of the lighting!
