Full Circle Auto Wash

I too will never return Chandler Location On one hand this story is kind of funny, on the other pretty sad. I took my 2017 4Runner in and decided on 18.99 wash. While in the waiting room the cashier told me my vehicle was ready. I was like “wow” that was fast. She replied that they had two people on it so it was quick. After returning home I opened the back door to find the floor mats on the back seat and the carpet not vacuumed see pic. I drove back to the establishment, was greeted by the attendant. I asked if the 18.99 wash included vacuuming and windows cleaned inside and out? He replied “I think so… inside for sure”. I then explained I was just here an hour ago for that, and showed him the back seat. The guy didn’t apologize, but did offer to “run it through again”. I mentioned that since the earlier vacuum guy missed it, and the window people on the other end didn’t even open the back doors, I’d like a refund please. I was directed to the cashier inside for a refund. The cashier directed me to the manager. The manager Kevin comes out to look at vehicle with me, says he’s not sure how this could have happened, he also notes the rear way back hadn’t been vacuumed either. He also acknowledges that obviously the rear windows hadn’t been cleaned either. Kevin apologizes and offers to “run it through again” I politely declined and asked for a refund for the wash, the $5 tip we’ll just write off see pic. Kevin said unfortunately he is unable to give refunds for anything, but would be happy to “run it through again”. It sounds like having to “run it through again” is a fairly common practice at this place. I declined, said if that was my only option, I’ll just chock this up to a bad experience and call it a day. Lessons learned: 1 This place has friendly staff. 2 the work quality of work on the front end is bad. 3 The quality of work by the “Two” people on the back end is Horrible. 4 The company policy of absolutely no refunds is really really bad. I will not return, and will share this story with anyone I can. Thank you for your time.

This place is a disaster ! They used to charge $6 for a BASIC exterior car wash. I have gone there about 6 times since September. Yesterday I took my car there and didn't even notice that the same job is now $16. I felt something was wrong when I went inside to pay and noticed that the wash equipment wasn't running and nobody was working. Outside, there were a half a dozen cars lined up , but noone was tending to them. The outside attendant wrote 1:15 on my window to indicate when I arrived. My car finally went into the wash at 1:50. The cashier was extremely rude and the manager was useless. Seriously, 35 minutes for a car wash ? A troop of drunk monkeys could have done a better job.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! They didn't even clean out the trunk of my car. They are all nice at first then once you tell them something they become rude as anything. There are a lot better detailing places around town that are way more professional then this place!

Courteous front desk assistant. Friendly, smiling face and genuinely interested in helping people. Charlie, as well as the other staff are passionate about their business and customer relations.

They broke my ashtray in my audi then when I confronted them about it they just blew me off like it was not a big deal

Love coming here to get my car wash they are the best..
