Thirteen years ago I gave birth to my first son, Noah with the help of my Nurse Midwife and Doula. My birth experience changed me forever. Suddenly a new passion was born - to be a support to expectant moms.
I have always loved to serve. One of my first jobs was teaching 2&3 year olds in a private preschool and Kindergarten facility. There I got to share my passions for the outdoors, art, and music with sweet young minds and I began to learn more about our ability to love in a deeper, more profound way.
I soon moved on to be the assistant Kindergarten teacher where a surprising new love sprang up in my heart - teaching! Little did I know that this job of my youth would pour over into my future.
I am married now to my opposite and grounding force, Jesse and we have three boys ages 9,11 and 13 - and I home school them! Most days with confidence, joy and wonderment and some with the help of Google and coffee ; )
Now passion, experience and knowledge have collided and I am ready to skillfully and lovingly come along side of expectant moms and their partners in the most sacred time of their lives. It is my desire to make mom feel confident going into the birth by sharing evidence based education and it is my joy to offer emotional and physical support throughout the birth and to advocate for her.
