Our mission is to help everyone reach their Full Out best. Our one of a kind, barre instructors guide their students through an inspirational, fast paced fitness experience designed to benefit the body and soull. Set in to high-energy pop and rap music, our participants move through a series of barre cardio and strength building moves sweating to the beat and following the signature routines designed by our master instructor, Catherine Thorpe. The experience is a community focused encouraging sweat session.
We call it a cardio barre party. It's changes minds and bodies whether your a casual barre buddy, newbie, professional athlete or dancer. With every move and each instruction we connect our minds and bodies creating a foundation for movement that influences every aspect of our physical lives. Through this Full Out experience we develop an unshakeable bond with one another. Friendships are made and relationships are built. We laugh, we cry, sometimes we curse and we grow — together, as a community.
Founder Catherine Thorpe's 30 years of dance experience- performing, choreographing, coaching and instructing. Created a foundation for one of the most comprehensive barre programs ever created. Catherine's experience as an NFL cheerleader (The KC Chiefs) enabled her with the skills and aptitude for creating fitness routines that feel more like tribal cheer sweat sessions than work. Catherine's FOB Trainer and Master Trainer programs develop inspiring workout instructors who are well equipped to lead workouts that are as efficient as they are joyful — an experience that transforms participants relationship with exercise.
