My company used Full Service Storage for 3 high-end luxury cars for a month and these guys bent over backwards for us. Bob was amazing and is excellent at following through. They have friendly office staff and are organized with their operations an billing. Highly recommend.
We’ve been with Full Service Storage for about a year now, and are delighted with their service. After our expensive catalytic converter was stolen off our RV at an outdoor “secure” storage lot, we moved our class C motor home to Full Service Storage. In addition to delivery of your vehicle to your front door, they also wash it before drop off, and offer maintenance services while it sits warm and dry in their secure warehouse. The price is only slightly higher than several outdoor places I’ve priced in the SLC valley, but worth it when you consider it’s secure, they deliver and pick up, and I no longer need to winterize my RV. It’s ready to go, even in winter. We’re very pleased with Full Service Storage.

I have searched for a long time for a place to call home for my toys. Full Service Storage is the answer for me. Brianna has been there to provide an outstanding service and customer support. She is on point in replying all the time with my needs. I am definitely satisfied with their service. My toys are always clean and ready to roll at a moments notice. All safety measures are always checked and they do an awesome job. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a home for their toys. I could not be any happier.
It has been a pleasure working with Full Service Storage for the storage of our truck and RV. They are very accommodating in handling our requests from scheduling pick-ups/drop-offs to servicing needs. We live in Atlanta and have been able to handle all of our needs remotely which is very convenient. I highly recommend this company.
I had my 5th wheel stored there and when I picked it up, it was raining and was not able to check it out. The next morning, my wife noticed that the ladder was bent. When I notified Full Service Storage, it was two weeks before the owner got back to me. He insisted that something like this would not have happened. So, check you rig before you leave, They say they are not responsible. Go Figure.....!
This place has always been amazing, but today Tony made it a 5 star experience. I had forgotten my trailer keys at home, Tony not only managed to get a storage compartment open but he crawled thru the space and flipped the battery disconnect, he then helped me get it situated on my truck with the help of a jump box. It was blatant that he cared about my time, and his service went well above and beyond what was required. Thank you Tony and Full Service RV Storage.
Location is very convenient for pick up and drop off close to downtown. The facility is clean and feels very safe and secure. Options range from full service delivery, cleaning, service/maintenance to simple storage. I've kept my boat with Full Service Storage for two seasons now. I am consistently impressed with the quality of service and great communication from the team. Being able to handle pickup/drop off requests online is really nice as well. I had a trip come up last minute this weekend - under standard takeout procedure, I wouldn't have been able to retrieve my boat I effectively called day of, before a very busy weekend. The team went above and beyond to help make the trip possible and I very much appreciate it. Thank you Danni and Service Crew!
We recent purchased an RV we saw online through Full Service Storage. We contacted Bob the general manager and he was very helpful with the purchasing process and made it unbelievably stress free. We live in Washington state and drove down to pick it up in Salt Lake City. During that time there were many offers on the RV, some even for a higher price but Bob is a professional and stuck to our agreement. With us being first time RV purchasers Bob and his entire staff were friendly, kind and very helpful throughout the entire process with the countless number of questions and personally showing us all of the ins and outs of the RV. His mechanics came out and explained all the components of the engine we needed to know so that levels could be checked and even made time to squeeze in an oil change and generator maintenance before our drive home. Bob made sure we had all of the extras we needed for our RV and had us all set up to go in no time. Upon returning home we had a few more questions and Bob walked us through everything we needed to know. We were incredibly happy with the professionalism the entire staff at Full Service Storage and would recommend them to anyone.
