History: Fuller Associates began in 1963 by Richard Fuller. The office was split into two practices- Dr. Richard Fuller and Dr. Jack Wakefield, an osteopathic physician. After Dr. Wakefield retired, Dr. Fuller took over the office and remodeled in 1996. In 1990, Dr. Steven C Fuller, Dr. Fuller's son, joined the practice and opened the Altoona location in the fall of 2003. Dr. Fuller has practiced dentistry for 25 years and graduated from the University of Iowa.
