Dropped off our riding lawnmower 5 weeks ago and yet to get it back - multiple phone calls most not answered , then when answered told it would be ready next week, then next week comes and no the mechanic was not in that day ! Then the next week drive over because we can’t get them on the phone and nope not ready- hopefully tomorrow. Well tomorrow was yesterday and guess what it still isn’t fixed and they are closed this afternoon , and no phone call as promised either!! DON’T BRING YOUR THINGS HERE FOR REPAIR! Going on week 6 and picking it up next week either repaired or not- done with this place!!
We have an old Toro Wheel Horse that is nearly 30yrs old, she's more than a little beat up, but still runs well enough. The blades however, were in horrible shape, big gouges and as dull as can be. Called ahead the day before and brought them in the next morning, I spoke with Kitty at the front for a few minutes, while Mitch worked his magic. He reshaped and sharpened the blades to perfection. It took me longer to get mower lifted, the blades off and out from under the deck then it did for Mitch to bring em back to life. Completely satisfied, they were extremely friendly. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Repaired my blower and told me that electric start was no longer working. Made recommendations on what could be done. Blower is over 15 years old don't want to invest much money.
Brought my Honda self propelled mower in at the end of the season of 2020. No start. After they had it for 10 days I was told it wasn’t worth fixing. Cracked shaft and it would be better if I bought a new one from them. I declined at the end of the year. The tech FINALLY found it in the back lot and brought it to me. I asked how much if they fixed it and he said $300-350 for it. He kept asking me if I wanted him to dispose of my mower. I took it home. I let a co-worker look at it the spring of 2021. Two days later he says it’s fix. Bent valve. I paid him $40 for his work and my mower hasn’t been better. I don’t know he they were trying to pull something over on me or just didn’t look at it. Either way, HORRIBLE diagnosis. I won’t be back.
