I found myself in a horrible situation that did not appear would turn out well. I was doing research online searching for an attorney that would represent me and work hard to get me through it. I came upon Art Fulmer and immediately scheduled an appointment. All of his staff were friendly and very knowledgeable on my situation. Mr Fulmer not only put me at ease, he told me there was no way this would end in the  worse case senario. In the end the case was dismissed and I have my life back. Thank you Mr Fulmer and staff!! When you feel lost and like there is no hope in the judicial system, remember this practice and make that call!

I couldn’t be more grateful to have come across Mr. Fulmer when I did. From the start he was very professional and reassuring. His pricing was affordable and when I ran into some financial trouble later on, he was very flexible and gracious. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case and it was the exact expectation Mr. Fulmer set on our first conversation. As hard of a time as this situation was for me, it was always ameliorated by how positive, helpful, and ultimately successful Mr. Fulmer and his team were. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone seeking legal help.

For anyone trying to hire a lawyer for the first time, please don’t be deterred if you have to wait a few weeks for your first consult. I had been through the wringer before for an older case with a different lawyer, and retrospectively i would have saved time, energy as well as a lot of money had i met Mr. Fulmer earlier.  Cause of my past dealings I was very skeptical of all lawyers in general and met a few before going with Mr. Fulmer. During my initial consult, Mr. Fulmer was reserved, didn’t sugar coat anything or made attempts to win me over by saying things I wanted to hear. He was to the point and set realistic expectations.  I had multiple interactions with the support staff as well and they always got back to me by the next day and were very professional, i never felt like i had to chase anything down. During Mediation as well, Mr. Fulmer was very organized, he walked in with a laptop, from what i could tell everything was digitized and readily accessible. He had all his ducks in a row, i never felt like i had to bring him up to speed or if he was playing catchup. Unlike other law offices that I have seen in the past buried under case files. I was very impressed with the organization and use of technology in a remote mediation. My current case was relatively simple but i could still tell that he brought his A game. Be it a big case or a small one i felt like he treated them, all the same. When it comes to billing, everything i was charged was just, no hundreds of dollars of charges for verbose emails saying redundant things. Since they have paralegals, you are billed at a lower rate for the paperwork. Overall, it’s a very professionally run business. I hope I never have to hire a lawyer again but if i do, Polk County’s Finest Family Law Firm, Fulmer Law will be the first place I’d call.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Fulmer and his associates on my family case. Mr. Fulmer is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate about the law and his clients. He was hired in the middle of my case as my lawyer prior did not provide the knowledge nor professionalism to help me in my high conflict case.  If you want a lawyer who knows his stuff, who is going to go above and beyond for you, who actually cares about your case, it’s him. His office staff is amazing and they keep you in the loop. He is personable and will tell you how it is and keep you grounded with expectations versus the reality. My case was definitely not the easiest and I applaud him and his office for all of their efforts and their continuing support to the final court date. He will be the one you want standing by your side. He wears a bow tie and even has his own war cry if it gets edgy before court even begins. He was able to get everything situated to lead to a very happy ending to a very painful and drawn out process. Mr. Fulmer fought for my children as if they were his own. In the end, my children are now back with me on a joint parenting plan, I was able to get everything I deserved and then some. I cannot thank him and his staff enough. No words can describe the emotion that runs through you when you get your children back. Or the smiles and joy on their faces when they run to you when it’s all over knowing they can stay the night and then the days after.  Thank you for everything! No words can explain the way I feel right now. Even trying to write this is difficult. Mr.Fulmer and his team are by far the greatest people I have ever met. The day I hired Mr.Fulmer I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would even get what I was asking for. From the beginning after hearing my story he played the outcome for me in different ways. He gave me every angle of what could happen and the outcomes. I thank God for bringing Fulmer law in my path, because not only was he the lawyer I hired but the firm became a family to me. From Mr.Fulmer, to Barbara and Jennifer, they treated me like if they known me forever. The warmth and kindness you feel walking in that place is insane. I felt like I was home, I didn’t feel any type of worry or anxiousness. I felt positive and I knew I was in great hands. Today was my final hearing and WE WON! My son and I WON! Mr.Fulmer was amazing in court and he took the floor right from the beginning. The other party had no chance with him!  I recommend Fulmer Law to everyone! I will always vouch for them and just because the case is over.. it doesn’t mean I’ll forget you all. I will visit every once in a while and check in. I worked with art Fulmer for my family/custody case. He has been the most Awesome, kindest & understanding attorney I have had, coming into this I was so anxious not knowing what could happen or how this process works, he explained everything inside & out to me with detail making me feel relieved & more comfortable with everything. If I had any questions I knew I could email him & count on him to respond back within a few hours. Ms. lanette had also been really amazing/responsive so thank you Ms Lanette. We had my mediation yesterday & everything went so smoothly, mr Fulmer made sure to explain everything to me in detail before I agreed. The other party & I were able to come to an agreement. But if we had to end up going to trial for this case I had 100% full confidence Mr.Fulmer would have won the case. If I recommend any attorney, it would have to be Mr. Fulmer.
