Very disappointed! One of the two tellers behind the counter was on the phone for the entire time I was inside this branch located at 1201 West Chester Pike in West Chester, PA. It did appear the teller that assisted me with payment of UCF school taxes was helping another drive in window customer. Even though there was only one other customer waiting to be helped, I had to ask the waiting customer if she was waiting in line to be helped. The teller on the phone remained on the telephone from the time I entered to the time I walked out. Doesn't the bank have a policy against teller employees remaining on the telephone while customers are waiting to be helped! If it does not, it should.
Amazing and professional staff. We got the run around with red tape at 4 other banks in trying to achieve our banking goals. Fulton was no hassle, same day service and opening an account was super easy. Eli was great and dropped everything to help us. He was very patient and the other gentleman working there came in periodically to help entertain our young children with Fulton bank promo goodies while we doing paperwork. Talk about going above and beyond! Very pleased with our experience and happy about using their services going forward.
Incredibly friendly staff. Always willing to answer questions and engage in pleasantries while awaiting a transaction.
