Fulton Place Garage

Loved the location. Price was great and everyone was extremely polite and easy going. We never had to wait to get on an elevator or get loaded on a shuttle. Only issue we had was when we were trying to park a large family of 3 vehicles decided to stop in the middle of the aisle for like 15 minutes while they unloaded their bags so they could go get on the elevators. Instead of pulling in spots to unload the just stopped and caused a handful of cars to back up while we waited on them. Nothing the garage could of done about inconsiderate people. But just something that happened. We will definitely be parking at this garage the next time we cruise out of New Orleans.

I parked here while enjoying New Orleans so as not to worry about parking found a great spot. Paid on line I showed the girl working the office my receipt and she printed out an exit ticket no problems what so ever.

I park here every time I cruise and have never had a problem.

Parking seems relatively secure but garage has sharp turns which inevitably causes some drivers to go 2 mph. Most importantly, the shuttles are poorly timed. We disembarked from our ship, and because the first shuttle quickly filled up with people and parked awkwardly the second empty shuttle, which pulled up right after the first shuttle, was forced to make the loop because they were stopping traffic. That led to us waiting over 20 minutes for the second shuttle to never return, so we finally gave up and paid $12 for an Uber. I’d give a B for the parking garage itself and a D for shuttle service - mainly because of the terrible timing - hence the 3 star or C rating.

Reasonable pricing, the employees were very friendly, and the ATM at the entrance has a very small fee to use. The shuttle was no wait and got us there and back quickly. Would def use again if cruising out of New Orleans.

I will use this garage again in the future! The staff was phenomenal from the garage attendants, to the shuttle drivers and luggage handlers! We parked our vehicle there for a 7 day cruise to return to it just as we left it. Great job Fulton garage, you guys rock!!!!

It's conveniently located and a decent price, felt secure. Only down side was the attendant station is hard to find if you're a first timer. If you're coming for a cruise I suggest coming in a day early because the garage gets busy and sometimes it'll fill up really fast.

Prepaid online to park in this garage for a cruise when I got ready to leave the lady was wanting to charge me again and told me I didn't do it right. She commits to start arguing with us and I'll talk to some other people that have parked in the garage and she did the exact same thing to them too worst customer service can't get a hold of anybody on the phone when you need to will never park there again

Great service. I even left my purse on the shuttle and they brought it back very quickly, with everything still there

I have used this garage every single time I have cruised from new orleans. Will continue to use them. Good price for parking. Shuttle you to and from Port. Nice, helpful, hard working staff load and unload your bags from the shuttle for you. The location is extremely safe and covered with cameras. I have never had a single issue here with anything, nor have I ever felt unsafe or felt my vehicle was unsafe.
