Nice facility, BUT this was a state tournament and NO working scoreboards, and NO ground level concessions?? A 3 day tournament, bringing lot of revenue to Hutch. Mgmt could have made the effort to be more accommodating for teams and families.
The complex is great. Two of the fields don’t have bleachers, but for the most part they do. The bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. The only thing that makes me nervous about this field is there’s a body of water behind two of the fields and I get nervous watching people’s kids play.
Softball to tournament with $300 + entry fee per team $7 per spectator and couldn't even have operating score boards?
Granddaughter had a 3 day softball tournament. Everyone was very nice
They really could use a port o john or two out by field seven.

They put on a NICE tournament and after the threat of rain for Sunday being forecast for high chances, it was very nice up until after my leaving the tournament about 4:30pm Sunday. The only comment about an room for improvement, was in the restroom s, and there was plenty of room to improve here. They even gave rides to the far areas on Kiwanis Club golf carts. Nice Job Hutchinson Fun Valley! Lovely tournament!
Great place to have the youth league teams play baseball. The main complex bathrooms are tidy but the outer field bathrooms leave a LOT to be desired. They sell concessions which are much needed on hot nights. LET'S PLAY BALL!
Attended youth baseball tournament here on a very hot weekend. Grateful we could bring in cooler and not have to rely on concessions. If you attend a tournament here, be sure to bring cash for ticket each day and folding chairs or stadium chairback to sit on. Most fields have bleachers but we brought our folding chairs because the bleachers are not in the shade. Overall, a good place to watch basebal. Concession prices average and they do sell beer at the main concession area in the middle of the complex.
We went here to watch my college aged son run XC. It’s a neat set-up.
