As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr Haitz came to realize that much of his practice was just treating symptoms and not the cause of what was truly ailing his patients. Through our new Functional Medicine program, he now can address the real underlying causes of poor health and restore health while naturally improving symptoms. The initial Functional Medicine visits lasts about an hour and includes a 16 page comprehensive health history, food diary etc. He then determines which tests are needed to reveal underlying imbalances and deficiencies including; genetic testing, blood work, urinalysis, comprehensive health history, food and diet analysis, food sensitivity testing, saliva hormone testing, and much more. All this to help get to the root causes of why his patients are experiencing poor health. He uses a holistic approach to restore health including diet modification/elimination, nutritional supplements and botanicals, stress management techniques, and other natural methods.
