Love, Love this store! The Manager Lilly, I believe is her name goes beyond the call of duty. I was looking for a fidget peanut for my daughter and she knew she had a single one somewhere and to my surprise she actually found it. Just the fact that she went beyond to make my child happy makes me be a repeat customer! Always so polite and sweet! Love how well the store wrapped my gifts. Please if you are looking for a toy store give this one a try.
This is an amazing store. The employees are all very energetic and fun, and they all know exactly what to get when I have a question about what toys would be best for my siblings and the children of family friends. Lily-- one of the employees that helped me-- is very good at finding toys for younger kids! I signed up for their loyalty program and have been able to gather points for discounts. The best part, they don't send me annoying emails telling me about every little thing that comes into their store! I hate it when stores over contact me about their latest products. I bought lava lamps and some cool pop its for two graduating high school students. This is the best toy store I have been to in a long time.
What an amazing store right in the heart of Greenwich Avenue! The store is truly a “Funky Monkey” awesome Toy Store! Let’s just say my kids are super excited they really had something for everyone in my family and was able to get gifts for my nieces! They have such awesome back to school stuff! For sure a customer for life! The staff is friendly and they even gift wrapped my gift for my niece for Free! Thanks again!
Great toy store! I went in to buy a little gift for my baby who is going in for surgery tomorrow and the workers came out with the gift that I bought and another gift from the employees both beautifully wrapped. This is truly above and beyond. Thank you so much.
Lilly, the manager, is the most helpful! She always greets me with a smile. It’s easy to see that she genuinely cares about her customers. When shopping, all have to do is tell her what I need and she finds me the perfect gift, beautifully wrapped too! She is a hidden gem right in town!
Funky Monkey is a great store! They have a big selection of toys and unique gifts that you won’t find at big box retailers. The customer service is amazing. They helped me pick out Christmas and birthday gifts for my children as well as for my nieces and nephews. They have items for babies all the way up to teens. They even wrap your purchases if you would like right in the store! I highly recommend visiting this fun store!

Funky Monkey Greenwich is an awesome store. Physically this store brings bright bursts of color to one of the most mainstream parts of Greenwich. In addition to color, The Funky Monkey is unique, the vast assortment of toys brings one into youth as they reminisce about the nostalgic moments they indulged in as kids with items from Monopoly to Nerf toys to top of the line corgelle dolls. An absolutely essential piece of a town which could use some youthfulness here and there.
