Very disappointed! Many attractions were closed including the newest activities like the ropes course and climbing structures. Staff wouldn't do a refund or a raincheck. Desperately needs maintenance and cleaning. Just skip this place and go to Portland
Came here for the first time, have said I'd absolutely never go but my son insisted for his birthday so I caved. It wasn't as dirty as I expected from reading other reviews. We had a large party room with pizza the kids all had a blast and adults I was more impressed then I anticipated. I give 4 stars because they never gave us the included shirt for my son's birthday package but that's super minor ‍
NOT THRILLED… I’ve arrived in a very MESSY AND MESSED UP FUNZ!!! STAFF ORGANIZATION screwed up system… Food left everywhere, tables not cleaned, non communicating staff, closure of the fun playground without informing parents… and sanitation FAILURE!!!we already informed other websites about this failed business!!! We will NOT come back since we drove from NORTHERN CALIFORNIA!!! NO RESPECT!!!
Variety of things to do trampolines, arcade games, ball pit, giant Legos, climbing / slides large and foam pits. Price of 18 per hour is decent. I'll add that when I went, nobody was hunting you down after your time was up. My kid got some extra time for free which made him super happy and made me happy too - trying to get my kid to leave was not easy 100% will be returning, my kid had an absolutely fantastic time
Fun place for kids, teens and young adults. They also have a huge selection for toddler. You can bring your own socks or you can buy it from them. There is small locker for your shoes and your belongings. The people who work there, are so friendly, nice, respectful and fully responsible. They keep close eyes on different areas too. My son love jumping there. Now they sales drinks and some ice cream too. If you want your child birthday party to be more special you can reserve at FunZ. In 2023 they added a new selection that looks like an obstacle challenge. We love going there.
Edit: yesterday I discovered that I was wrong about the new ninja reports being completely open. Right now, there there's a climbing wall and climbing... marshmallow... thingies .... but the rest of it is not yet open. They're still waiting on a state inspector to come in and give them the seal of approval before they can open that part up My son and I visited FunZ last Monday for the first time in over a year. Wow, this place has really improved since our last visit! In addition to being cleaner and well staffed, they've added a few amazing attractions that we really enjoyed, even the grown ups. Unlike the trampoline park in Portland where my son and his friends tend to get bored after only an hour, there are a ton of activities beyond the trampolines themselves. It's enough to keep both kids and adults occupied for hours so long as they remember to drink water every now and then! and burn off some serious energy. I was happy to see that the new areas were open and staffed, even though there weren't many customers when we visited. Monday at 5:30pm on a beautiful summer day, not too surprised. The new ropes ninja course looked like a blast! Unfortunately I couldn't talk my kiddo into doing it this time around but maybe he'll feel a little braver the next time we visit. In addition to the new ropes course, there's now a GIANT ball pit covering the entire bottom of the indoor playground jungle gym thingy, which in and of itself is huge way bigger than the one at the trampoline park we normally go to. The ball pit continues into a large section next to the jungle gym as well. My son LOVED it. Man, if I'd had this thing when I was a kid I would have been the happiest kid in the neighborhood! There's also a new parkour ball pit obstacle course, and a large, well lit basketball court with a springy foam-like bottom instead of the usual trampolines. We played on/in both and both were a lot of fun. Of course, all of this is in addition to their existing attractions: the fort-sized giant Legos we loved those so much!, the Zipline, tons of trampolines, the dodgeball court, and several Zorb balls which I politely declined, lol. There's also the foam pit, climbing wall, and the warrior course, etc. They've also expanded their arcade and added a ticket prizes counter. We didn't spend much time in that section, but it looked pretty decent. Unlike our first visit, everything was clean and fully functional. There were a few sections missing from the original obstacle course, but it's still useable and still fun. And still a challenge! There was always someone around if we had a question or needed anything and everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. There were employees regularly on patrol looking for any safety issues and as well as at the Zipline and ninja ropes course to help the kids do those safely. I also saw employees regularly walking around with spray bottles of cleaner and rags, wiping down surfaces in whatever area they were assigned to. Plus, the ladies room was clean and well stocked. Both ladies at the front desk were awesome every time we interacted with them. And when my son stubbed his pinky finger while playing with a basketball, the lady at the front desk was ready with an instant ice pack and was happy to help me activate it. Note: it doesn't snap like a glow stick, lol! Instead, squeeze the center of the pack until you feel something pop, then give it a good shake. Now I know, and so do you.
Hardly worth the 22 dollars for an hour 64.50 for 3 kids/ hr. There was a Bunch of rude kids. Very Over crowded. Everyone coughing sneezing and snotting everywhere. Plenty of Cool stuff if money or health isn't a concern though. I recommend not a weekend.
This place spent tons on upgrades that are still not able to be used, my kids are now bored of this place after 15 minutes when we used to stay for hours. It always seems to be unclean and now on top of raising prices for upgrades that the kids hate, they don't allow parents to go around with their kids without trying to get more money out of it. Very unsafe practice. Recommend spending your money elsewhere. As a response to the below. You absolutely do try and get more money from adults. Most adults are not going with the expectation that they need trampoline socks. Thats an extra 3.50 from each adult that takes their kid and wants to walk around with them.
Used to be worth the drive but now on top of outrageous prices, parents aren't even allowed to walk with their kids without being chastised for not spending extra on special socks even when wearing socks and not using trampolines. Usually unclean restrooms and strange smells. Spend the time to go to Urban Air instead!!
Haven't been in a while but 4 year old has been begging me for weeks. Got a little extra cash so figured I'd reward him for a good first week at school. NEVER AGAIN. Was not prepared for the outrageous prices for a 2 year old and a 4 year old $42!!. I asked her to repeat herself to make sure I heard correctly. On top of that, multiple areas were caution taped off so WHY ARE THEY STILL CHARGING FULL PRICE?! My child couldn't even use the ropes course and that's all he wanted to try. Needless to say we'll not be back and I hope others stand up too..
