muscular endurance, and core strength. Classes offer moderate to advanced exercises
with modifications for beginners. Unquie and creative exercises are used to create a fun
and challenging full body workout with little or no equipemnt. Childcare is provided. Please bring a yoga mat
gym shoes (no street shoes in efforts to keep floors clean) and water.
