Furniture and Mattress Warehouse

We really like this store and got a fabulous deal on an amazing, good quality mattress. Mr. Mike and eddy were professional and so nice, and the delivery drivers too, they all made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you so much for the best mattress we could possibly imagine and getting it for the best price. Highly recommend! tnx. furniture and mattress werehouse !!!!!!!

Note: this review is for the in-store shopping experience ONLY. I'll update my review in the future to reflect things like the delivery experience and quality of furniture over time. Great selection of furniture, and they can special-order TONS of stuff that isn't in the showroom. I went on a weekend. It was hot, and the fans scattered around didn't do the best job of cooling down the huge showroom. There was one staff member working on the day I stopped in. He stayed out of my way and let me show myself around for the most part but was quick to answer any questions I had my favorite kind of sales associate!. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Super friendly but not pushy staff from furniture and mattress werehouse helped us find just the right sofa and loveseat console cabinet. Great shopping experience! Mr. mike was super nice and helpful

I highly recommend this place. I love my Bellagio inspired bed! They had good prices and were a pleasure to work with. I saw lots of other furniture that was tempting. I'll be back! :

Pickup experience 2/5: was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Actually ready on Thursday. Product experience 1/5: I received a manufacturer defect. When telling the store about this I was told their “service department” will get in touch which they never did. Its been a week. I don’t recommend this place. My item was available on Amazon prime for $100 less than what I paid. Disappointing experience - I don’t recommend this store.

Tons of selection. Sales Manager not at all pushy and quite helpful. Was able to get delivery the very next day.

My experience with Abel was amazing and this is the best customer service I have received in a while. Abel made sure I was happy and all my needs were met. I recommend everyone going here to get furniture. Better than Jerome’s and Ashley furniture.

Mr. Abel is amazing!!! He was very patient with all of my questions and helped me find the perfect bedroom furniture! I shopped around in the area however this was my last stop primarily because of the customer service. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great deals. Ask for Mr. Abel!!

Abel Perez helped us get exactly what we wanted. Our second big furniture purchase from him and the Furniture & Mattress Warehouse. Most other places the salesmen were very pushy and wouldn't leave us alone. Abel gave us the space we wanted to make a decision and he gave us a great deal! Highly recommended!

I would give it a 10 plus if I could. The furniture is fabulous , the customer service is top notch. The prices are HALF what they are anywhere else. From now on, will furniture shop no where else. I will make sure I tell all my friends too. Thanks guys !!!! ooo by the way ask for Eddy
