My experience purchasing my couch was amazing he listened understood what I was looking for. It's was the delivery guys for me total a** are window hour was 1-4pm they called at 12 I was not home.. one came around I just arrived, they were right infront and husband was stuck in traffic it took maybe 30 min.. and we felt very bad. Heolder guy literally mocked my husband coming from jitsu practice. Singing bad boy what you going to do. Making jokes.. I couldn't belive it was happening.. then mocked my home I know it was messy we were just moving in. It was freaking awful. The upsetting part is I need a table and more furniture but don't want them back in my home.. so glad we didn't tip 150 for the wait. We understood and was ready to extend our thank you.. next time don't jump the gun on your mouth and keep comments to yourself.
I needed a mattress, today. I walked in and I was greeted warmly. A gentleman helped me, answered all my questions. I was there less than 30 minutes. Made a purchase and left. A sharp contrast to my store at The Light Company to purchase a couch and bed frame. Wonderful customer service. I wish their furniture was closer to my style so I could purchase from here.

They have beautiful furniture here and he has an extensive catalog that you can order from. So if you like Ashley furniture just see something on their website and let them know and you can also go to winnersfurniture.com and you can find things there and he can get them as well, don't overpay here in town I'm sorry but the other furniture store like Design West, is extremely expensive and there's no reason to pay double for the same thing that he can get here at furniture barn.. In addition, he only charged us $50 for delivery that might change depending on where you live but design West want to charge me a $150 to drive 3 miles seriously are you kidding me... I'm sorry Design West you're people are really nice there but to pay 2 to $3000 more for the same pieces of furniture that we've got there for half the price is ridiculous....
The faux leather on the couch and recliner started peeling off badly while the other parts of furniture were still in good condition. Upholstery repair would cost more than the price of the furniture so I ordered a new set. Furniture Barn will deliver but it's costly, and to warn you, if they deliver one item, they take only one item to haul away. I decided not to purchase the recliner. At first, the guy said it would be an extra $10 for the haul away, then he asked someone in the background and he came back saying they will not haul away the old recliner. Who makes the decision? I don't understand their customer service. It makes me not want to trust them. First they said yes then no. Was it because I did not purchase the recliner? After all, this is an old furniture that came from their store.
Fair prices, really enjoy being able to browse without being hounded by salespeople. Owners/employees have always been very respectable during our visits. Bought a kitchen table and couch here about a year ago with no complaints thus far!
Mike was extremely courteous and very helpful...I love doing business with locals and will continue to go there for all my future furniture and bedding needs!
Treated like a child. Sales people were disinterested in as a buyer. I was told that we have an "Adult" agreement when asking about canceling my order, I told them I feel like they are arguing with me, the sales people seem so angry with me. I had a car accident and couldn't haul my bed I ordered. I wanted to work something out but talking down and treating like a child isnt right. I voiced my concern but was told I shouldn't have come in the store and my business isnt wanted. Wow.
I’ve dealt with these guys for a long time and they’ve been amazing. Great service and great furniture. Loved the location better when they were in the Barn but 4th streets still not bad.
