Great selection for a consignment store. It is obvious that they only consign higher end goods. The pricing is very reasonable for what they had in stock. During my recent visit, the store had everything from ultra modern to farm house/cottage furniture.
Love my new to me table and blue chairs!! Moving soon, the table and chairs, to a smaller house or condo!! The table and chairs are among the three or 4 pieces of furniture that I plan to keep !!! Will buy more items there after I move!!!
It’s a very good store to find some real furniture by designers. You have to visit often cause they always get new pieces. Sales managers are very helpful and courteous. We purchased furniture from them and we are happy with it.
The gallery staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We worked mostly with Kathy, who was exceptional, and we enjoyed speaking with a few other staff as well. Delivery was extremely reasonably priced, the white glove service was careful, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. So happy to have purchased a consignment piece, reduced our carbon footprint, and found great quality and value. Absolutely shopping here again.
Steven was helpful and while we didn't find any bedroom sets we enjoyed being there to see some antique. They are pricey. عندهم انتيكات بس غالين
Experience was less than optimal- part is on us as we didn’t realize that there was little notification I.e. none when your item is due to go to.a 30/70 split. So sellers need to know three key things :1 put your things on during busier times 2 track key date of 60 day window as they will not tell you 3 be realistic about selling price — I believe our chairs were priced a bit high and not noted as “will separate” there were six which then left us with a really low return on our consignment
If you are open to used furniture this place is fantastic. They have really high quality stuff, a lot of it unique, for good prices. Most of the stuff is still expensive compared to what I was expecting, but that's because so much of it is really high end. Great to roam around with no pressure just checking stuff out.
Great selection and service. We had a small delivery issue and the team took the steps to resolve the issue and make us happy customers. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed in this store. Service poor on day of purchase. Furniture was labeled and billed as oak. When moving from the premise the next day found out it was pressboard with an oak finish made by IKEA. We called and told them and the owner said it was our responsibility to check the material. This could not have been done until after the item was purchased and then moved. I feel the item was not labeled correctly and the owner offered no recourse. We could bring the item back she said if we paid the freight. Not helpful. Poor customer service and business practices.
Pricing seems very close to actual retail prices I've sourced, with exception of Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams pieces which start out at a premium price. Perhaps this is more of a second tier market appearance v consignment? Probably would pay that little bit extra to get first quality as price difference is modest.
