Synphne was an absolute genius with assisting me and my husband with new furniture. She listened specifically for fashion and for accommodating handicapped customers with furniture selecting. She’s amazing and will continue to do work with her. Nevertheless, will refer others. Thank you too Mr. Pete for acknowledging our needs.

Synphme and Pete greeted us with a warm welcome soon as we walked in. They went above and beyond and listened to what we were looking for and made it happen. The store was clean and the furniture was in stock. Especially the fast delivery.

Michelle My sales lady was very fun to talk to very knowledgeable and I told her what I was looking for and she went right to it , I also wanted to see if I was able to take home tonight since it was in stock and that I had a truck to pick up , she jumped on it asap and closed her sale with ease thanks again and I will be back my daughter wants the same bed so I definitely will be back

If you make a purchase and they run out of stock, you won't get your money back. You will have to pick something else from the store. Just FYI.

Horrible experience. Spent over $4000 on furniture that was never delivered. No one from this store ever contacted me except for the delivery driver who had rescheduled 3times do to a driver calling in the first time. Went in to store and asked for manager, but a guy named Pete who's supposed to be the VP, asks me , " are you sure this hasn't been delivered?" "Are you just now coming to see about this?" then walks off to his office and calls the guys at the front desk to tell them I'd have to wait 7-10 business days for corporate to issue refund. *****Update******* Finally received a refund two months later after hiring a lawyer. No one from corporate ever called me, and even ignored my phone calls.

I went into this furniture store yesterday with my daughter to look for some bedroom pieces. I was never greeted or acknowledged the entire time I was in there. There was only one other customer in the store! I was so upset that I drove all the way from Slidell to the Westbank for NO customer service. I got much better at the New Orleans East store. I'll keep my money on the eastbank from now on.
