Excellent Experience here at Furniture Options. We ordered a dining room set from the catalog that we saw over a year ago and it is so beautiful and well made. We also ordered a complete bedroom set and Living room set too. The Delivery was fast and the two delivery guys were very careful with the furniture and putting it together on site. We are very happy with the quality of the furniture and would highly recommend this store !!
What a wonderful experience dealing with this store. I had to purchase a recliner for an upcoming surgery and was really concerned about finding something small enough for me. This store carries such a wide variety of top quality furniture at fantastic prices - I found what I needed and ended up buying a sofa and matching loveseat with recliners built in. Super value and quality. The sales person, Megan, turned out to also be the store manager and she really knows her products. The delivery process was so simple. The sofa was delivered within two weeks and right within the time window they gave us. The loveseat had to be ordered and we were told up to 3 months since it had to be made by the factory. It came in in under 2 months! The delivery people are so friendly and professional. Overall, an awesome, awesome experience and gentle on the pocketbook!
I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, I went in for my furniture and was able to take some pieces home with me that day brand new out of their warehouse. I also got my kids bedroom furniture at a great price. I told them I needed it my furniture asap, the sales person showed me specifically what was in stock and I had delivery the next week. I've had repeated great experience here and so have the people I've recommended to shop here. They will also match any local prices if they're not already priced lower.
Unbelievable customer service! My husband & I have been customers of Furniture Options for many years and have always been pleased with quality furniture that lasts! This past year we did encounter a problem for the first time with one of our purchases. We bought a sectional sofa and six months later, we noticed the fabric was deteriorating and the seams were loosening. We wrote a letter to Furniture Options, explaining our situation and they responded immediately! Bev was awesome in listening to our concerns. She quickly sent someone to our home to inspect the sofa and confirmed that the fabric should not have worn that quickly. They stood behind their guarantee of quality furniture and replaced the sofa with a new one! Brendan was very helpful in finding a replacement. What a positive experience with friendly and professional customer and sales service! Furniture Options will be our first stop next time we are shopping for furniture!
We have been buying furniture at the Goshen NY Furniture Options for decades. We have never been disappointed in the experience of shopping or the results of buying. Service has been impeccable and quality consistently high. Our most recent purchases—dining room furniture from Canadel—were the best yet. The made-to-our-order furniture is absolutely beautiful and of the highest quality. But the informed, warmly personable, and professional service that went with it thank you Megan went so far beyond the norms for good customer service we can only describe it with superlatives.
I had purchased several sectional sofas from Furniture Options in the past and had never had any issues; however when I purchased a sectional approximately 3 years ago with the warranty that was supposedly lifetime, things went downhill. For some reason part of the frame on one of the recliners was bent on a side that was rarely used, and we had contacted Furniture Options, nonetheless it was not covered. The cushions were separating from the sectional, and that too was not covered by the warranty! Why in the world did I purchase a warranty then? I have since given the sectional away and purchased a new sectional with a lifetime warranty at a competitor that has great customer service. I will never purchase furniture from Furniture Options again.
This is my second time dealing with furniture options. I bought a dining room set a year ago, and now a sectional I have an older home so finding something to fit in the rooms was a challenge. The sales people are awesome, they stayed late for me to get out of work when I purchased, my dining room set, and they have gone above and beyond with the living room set. Furniture was delivered when they said it would be in. I am very happy with the quality of furniture as well, I would suggest Furniture Options to everyone.
The staff are nice enough but not flexible at all. EVERYTHING needs ordered and comes in many weeks late. If you need the furniture within 3-4 months, DON'T go here. They say 4-6 weeks, but it takes much, much longer. The fees tacked on are horribly high. Don't even ask about delivery fees. No bargains to be had at all. I don't know how this place stays in business, but I'll never go back.
I ordered my furniture July 20th and was told it would be in mid October because it had to be made. Mid October came and went. I called on 10/30 and was told I would get called back. I didn’t get called back. I called 10/31 and was told the furniture company Lane sent the wrong piece and I wouldn’t be getting my furniture until mid December. Mid December came and went. Mind you through out this whole process I was NEVER, not once called with an update as to what was going on. When I called them I was told I would be compensated, and I was offered a “loaner” couch that was supposedly coming from their warehouse and had never been loaned out to anyone before... yea ok. Anyway, after going round and round with not one but two managers on the phone today they took 385$ off of what I owed. To me this is not at all acceptable, but I was told there was nothing else they could do. I was tempted to give the loaner back and cancel my entire order with them but I had already waited 5 and a half months. Moral of the story don’t do business with these people who can’t even call and let you know what is going on with your order. If they would have called even once throughout this whole process I would have been okay with the situation.
Just spent over an hour walking around the showroom and looking at sectionals. 5 people working, not one person greeted us when we entered the store. The entire time we were looking a couple of salespeople walked by and never acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. We came here because we have made purchases in the past and we like to shop in a local store. We are seriously looking to make a purchase. Even when we left the store and all of the people were standing in the area where the computers are- not one said good bye or have a good day. Shame on all of them, poor customer service is an indication of how it will be to work with them if we made a purchase. We will now be spending our money elsewhere!
