I was only going in to look because I wanted to make the best decision between Furniture Queen & Ashley Home Store. However, going in was the best decision. Sylvia was beyond courteous and extremely helpful with assisting me on purchasing my beautiful furniture. I got the best. Nice service, furniture, deal & it was what I wanted and it happen to be the Ashley furniture I was hoping for. The delivery was only a few days later and the delivery team were fast and friendly. It felt good that I didn’t have to drive all over town looking. I can’t wait to go back to pick out my dinning room furniture, I know it will also be another great experience, quality furniture, and awesome service. Thanks Again Furniture Queen & Sylvia. You understood the ASSIGNMENT .
We bought a bedroom set from furniture queen as the quality and value for money is better than any other store we looked at. I was very happy with the ordering process and delivery. Unfortunately when the furniture was delivered I noticed a small bit of damage on an item. For me excellent customer service is how you are treated when things haven't gone as planned. Furniture Queen Jodie did this very well, picking the item back up, keeping me informed and following up quickly. I’m very happy with the furniture and service. I would definitely buy again from furniture Queen.

I absolutely love my couch but most importantly i loved the customer service provided by Allie. She answered all of my questions, sent pictures when requested and helped me pick a sofa that I really love and enjoy having. The sofa feels nice and full, looks just like the picture, the quality is great and does not look cheap. They delivered when they said they would, I paid extra for them to set up and it was well worth it. My shopping experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend furniture queen.
Everyone is super nice! From the time I walked in the door they were very attentive. They were very patient and answered all my questions. When I received my furniture it looked as if it came straight from the manufacturer. The delivery drivers were very nice and fast. Furniture Queen is very affordable. I will be going back!
I’m a repeat customer and did my research online before going to the showroom so I knew what I wanted. The salesperson was super sweet and my purchases were complete in about 30 minutes. Delivery was quick and easy although the further away from the warehouse you are, the higher the delivery fee and the timeline given the day of delivery was accurate. Was a little disappointed there were no Black Friday sales but I really can’t complain about the price I paid for 2 beds.
We had an amazing experience all around with Furniture Queen. Their showroom was wonderful and well laid out. Silvia was fantastic and super helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was smooth and easy as well. Couldn't be happier with our decision to use Furniture Queen!
The entire process was amazing and easy from start to finish. I couldn't pay in full or open new credit because I was still waiting to close on my house that had already been delayed twice and went on to be delayed 2 more times. They were very understanding of that and even when I got a random hernia and was unable to come back in on the promised day they were still accommodating and understanding. Them delivery went perfectly. I had set my mattress to be delivered the same day and they were done putting the furniture together and cleaned up with over 30 minutes to spare by the time the mattress showed up. The guys that set every thing up were great. Very friendly and respectful of my place. They didn't leave the door open as they were going in and out. There are a lot of "neighborhood" cats that will just stroll in! My furniture is beautiful and sturdy. Now all I have to do is eventually finish unpacking but they can't help with that! My only grievance would be the delivery and setup fees and then the storage fee because I "delayed" my delivery even though I always knew what date I wanted it delivered, it just happened to come in much sooner than expected that seem excessive but a similar couch/loveseat alone would've cost me 3x as much at RTG or Ashley's and I was able to fill my place and as you see it wasn't a big enough of an issue to take away a star! Definitely recommend them to anybody looking for furniture.
Many styles to choose from and their website is easy to navigate. Before going into the store it tells you if the selection is on display or online only. You can also get pre approved for financing and know what your payments are. Joe is great and makes sure you know your options before making a final decision. The delivery crew is the best! They communicate well and will ensure your furniture is delivered to the correct address!
Was replacing my couch after five years. Maria was very helpful as I tried to decide which couch I wanted even a little past closing time. She even help me to measure it to make sure the size would fit my space. I ended up choosing a light gray sectional and it arrived quicker than what was estimated. It was also a great price. Would definitely return. Thank you.
