Gorgeous, clean showroom, unique furniture, all very stylish and desirable. Daphne was very helpful— told us about pricing and left us to shop without hounding us like so many other furniture places do! Found a piece for our living room— Really happy we stopped.
Brandon is an awesome salesperson and person. He knows the product line and is personable at the same time. Brandon also knew when to give us time to think it over, re-explore the product on our own . Thank you Brandon we feel good about our purchase and we will purchase again.
Ordered a sofa bed for a vacation rental several years back from furniture row but lost the invoice. Called to see about replacing the mattress. Before I finished explaining what I needed, Anissa had my account pulled up with the sofa bed purchase for review. She was quickly able to locate a replacement mattress and send links for purchase. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Best customer service over the phone that I have received in years!
The 2 gentlemen who helped me with my purchase were very personable. The first salesman Brandon I think helped me on the first visit when I spotted a kitchen table I wanted. I went to another store before I made my decision to buy that table and I was helped by Kyle who was offered go ahead and complete the sale by Brandon. Kyle was very good with putting me at ease and packing up the table which fitted perfectly in my vehicle.
Hands down the best experience working with Brandon! His knowledge and helpfulness was absolutely incredible. Finding good customer service these days is almost impossible. Not pushy in anyway, just came off like he actually cared and wanted to get you exactly what you wanted. I cannot express how Brandon made us feel so comfortable and happy with our purchase!! Thank you thank you thank you! We will 100% be back to do more business with him and furniture row!
Great place to buy all types of furniture! Nice to that they have a clearance section as well. We bought 3 display shelves to use in our pet lizard room. Stuff here is well priced overall and quality is really good, staff is nice too! Highly recommend coming here as the selection of all types of furniture is huge. Highly recommend visiting, we will be back again!!!
It was a great experience and my sales associate, Brandon, was very polite, informative and non-pushy. Gave me a a few options that were excellent and money saving. Hope he's still there for my next purchase!
Went to Furniture Row in Erie, PA on Memorial Day. Wanted to take advantage of holiday sales as we needed both kitchen and living room furniture. We were waited on by Brandon D. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient as well because we took our time in making our selections. Definitely items we don’t purchase very often. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would recommend this store to others.
Kyle Baxter , our sales consultant was wonderful. He was very patient and polite with us and our indecisiveness. He ultimately helped us decide and purchase a dining set. Highly recommend him and Furniture Row.
