Furniture World Superstore Mount Sterling

Got a great deal. The floor manager was wonderful. Allowed us to sell ourselves on the furniture. Drop off to the house was not much more. We owe your guys a tip btw, I was out of town when the furniture arrived.. we will be back shortly.

I just want to take a minute and say just how much my I appreciate Angela and the folks at Furniture World on Mt. Tabor. They went out of their way for me every time. Service like theirs is something that in today's world is hard to find. From it being a tare that needed repaired or simply a question I needed answered. They are very professional and I would and do highly recommend them to anyone. I don't just say that for anyone. They truly are the best.

Wendy greeted us with a smile, showed us several choices for what we were looking. We told her we would check other stores and she directed us where to go knowing we would be back. We did look in some other stores in Mt. Sterling, but went back to Furniture Warehouse and bought a perfect piece of furniture. Thanks Wendy !!

Paige is the only asset to this company. Their delivery and cancellation policy are ridiculous. I had seriously called 30 mins after them running my card and they refused to cancel my order, the management is indifferent to if you actually enjoy your experience or not and once they have your money they have it. Will never return to this store. I'm sorry for that too, because Paige was a pleasure to work with.

The sales girl's and owner's went way above and beyond to help me get the sofa I wanted. Great quality of furniture and wonderful customer service.

I ordered a 5 piece accessories from furniture world Mt. sterling KY however I received a a four piece accessories. I contacted the store and informed them of the missing accessory. The sale associate informed me they will get back to me. It has been 3 moths and am yet to receive a satisfactory answer when am going to receive the missing accessory.

Rohnda had her crew deliver a piece I clearly did not order. And tried really hard to cover her track's and make it seem as though I didn't know what I was talking about. Also I am still waiting for the ports that I purchased for my night stand. I am at the least hopeful that she will stick to her word and let me know when she receives them.
