Fusion Fitness rocks! It's the only total body workout I've ever become obsessed with the moment I took my first class 3 years ago! All of the instructors are so AMAZING at keeping you motivated, focused and best of all positive! Each class is different and the moves are intentional for cardio, toning and lengthening your muscles. I am so thankful to have Fusion in KC!

I've been going to Fusion for 11 months; I always said I wasn't a group exercise kind of person. I was so wrong, but that's because I hadn't been to Fusion. This place is truly one of a kind. What everyone says about it is absolutely true. Don't be like me and sit there intimidated for a year before deciding to go. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and it's very much a community. The workouts are never the same. The instructors are AMAZING! They know what they're doing, and they work out with you and know your name. They'll help with modifications, and even remind you to modify if you have an injury ; I've never been stronger physically and mentally, and I can honestly say that I'm *that* girl that wakes up for a 5:30 am workout most days of the week, all thanks to Fusion.

This is by far the toughest workout in KC! The instructors are amazing and I love the friendly and energetic vibe the second I walk through the door!
