Fusion was excellent! Their specials are so well cooked and even their dinner salads are amazing. I had a rack of lamb with mashed potatoes and vegetables with a salad and bread. Ask for their balsamic vinegar and oil dipping sauce for your bread, you'll love it! Even the staff was well trained and courteous and knowledgeable of their specials and menu. A must visit!!!
I've never been there and I booked my wife's birthday lunch with the family here about 12 of us so I was taking a pretty big risk lol. Luckily it payed off as it's a cute restaurant with a nice menu and pretty good food! One side of the restaurant is styled like a little villa while the other side is a little different. Think styled in the late 90's but been updated through the years. The main reason we went is for the food though. We ordered a bunch of different plates and apps and everyone left full and happy! I ordered the Carbonara and it didn't disappoint. The saude was a little soupy but that's not the biggest deal for me. One of my family members ordered one of the specials which was a cream sauce with steak and mushrooms and when that came I knew I messed up. I instantly got food envy haha. We all ordered several plates of calamari, Lumpia which was a nice touch and their bread. Everything was delicious! They had a few large parties there that day and you can tell the staff was earning their pay. They hustled and were excellent at providing great customer service. My hats off to them because it seemed like someone called in that day. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and what kid doesn't like pasta?!?!
We took advantage of superbowl Sunday to be able to enjoy our valentine's dinner early and quietly here and were not disappointed! Our waitress was incredibly pleasant and animated which was nice. We started with the Lamb lollipops, absolutely delicious with a balsamic glaze and mint oil. The only downside was that they were cooked more medium well than medium rare but the cut of meat was so good that it was ok. We swapped goat cheese for blue cheese in the house salad--also great! The artichoke spinach ravioli with olive tapenade and butternut squash was well balanced and a good portion size. We finished with a cannoli and a piece of tiramisu. The cannoli was good, but the tiramisu was amazing, the best I've had. Cocktails were also well made. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
Good Italian restaurant with daily specials. I had the chicken Parmesan and it was a very large portion. Boyfriend had the chicken pesto with vegetables, another large portion meal. We ended up taking food home.
The open kitchen, the exposed brickwork, the windows looking out onto Main Street, give this Italian restaurant great ambience. Our server Leila was attentive and friendly, making sure our drinks were never empty and keeping our bread basket filled. The prawn diavolo linguini was spicy but not scorching, my husband's filet mignon and mushroom fettuccine was creamy and rich. A bit expensive, but the quality is worth paying for.
We ordered food to be delivered. Bacon wrapped prawns, warm spinach salad, ravioli with tamponade and raviolis stuffed with butternut squash. It was one of the noisiest meals due to us saying yum, wow, this is amazing. Such incredible flavors. Portions were perfect. Definitely will recommend and go back for more.
Had some great pasta there the other day, just be careful if you tip Kailee. I had a surprise the next day where my tip was adjusted an extra $11. I called and they said they would fix it that day but it took 3 days. The calamari recipe is different, they added shrimp and changed the batter so it isn’t as crispy or tasty, and it took a while to get my first beer.
I cannot believe this place is on the top list of Google search. The place is tinny. Chair was dirty, hen I hold from the edge to pull it in & out, all the jerky sticky stuffs stick on my hand. After 40minutes to be served, My said his dish was ok. My creamy chicken pesto dish was old taste. I decided to just order a side steam broccoli to replace the main order to be safe. We waited for 50 minutes more and it has not come out. My 4yrs old and I ended eating bread through the whole time. We finally couldn't wait any longer as we have to leave catching up our show time that we reserved for. Now is time to wait for a server to pay attention to our present. Our server never shows up around or came to check with us at our table. All other servers passed by us with their straight face, we could not even get their attention to help as we needed to go. My husband finally had to go to the front, waiting in-line to ask the host for sending our server out. To that point, he brought out our broccoli order, which was too late! We had no more time to eat or waiting for to go but of course it's a charge. The dish took over 50mins for about 5 pieces of broccoli in it and the bill was $110 for 2 glasses of white wine, 2 entrees of 1 that was not eatable, and a side broccoli. Price wise was decent but food and service is ridiculous. I understand it's not 1 person's fault. It's a bad management of their whole team work, so I left $10 tip to be comfort to our server but we will never return to this place or refer people here
Great place!! Great service!!! Usually you can get a table in the back if you're looking for a quiet meal, easy talk with a friend. Sometimes it's a little louder. Have been to Fuso's several times, the food and service have been consistently Yum!Food: 5/5
We had a memorable gal-pal birthday party 11/17 during Fuso happy hour, enjoying a variety of well-crafted cocktails and appetized starting with the calamari and shrimp fritta: the large shrimp plump and delicious the calamari rings: meh. We savored the fresh warm bread and butter with a nicely-prepared house salad. The bruschetta was great as were the garlic fries shared. The Guiness beer-battered chicken nuggets were the absolute best: tender, juicy, slightly spicy, perfect batter. The attentive service was exceptional with water and additional cocktails anticipated and brought promptly to table. The atmosphere was low-key, relaxed lighting, friendly staff and clientele. Our lovely server cleared plates as other orders arrived. We had a wonderful experience! Prices for the quality of food and beverages is eminently reasonable, especially considering the impeccable service for our party. I've loved Fuso's gourmet style excellent carpaccio for years and should have provided a proper review ages ago, so making up for it now after such a lovely evening. Their cocktails are always the best, especially the spicy Bloody Mary and the minty-fresh Mojito! It's a mellow place, plus comfortable patio dining in pleasant weather! : Vegetarian options: Plenty of such options on the menu with good seasonal offerings. Parking: Easy parking on the main street with adjacent public parking lots within an easy stroll.
