All employees on this office are rude. I have pay my bill through a check and they said they didn’t receive any payment and will cut off the waterthey text me. I called and told them I already sent out 17 days agoeven gave them chk no.. And I ask, is it any way to fix this problem and she said will extend the cut off date but I want on to the web and paid the bill with $2 extra fee before the date set for cut off, in the morning the water was already cut off. I called them back and ask if they can turn on asap or quicker bz I have 3 mos old baby and 2 yrs old but reply no service for such things. I’ve been in this city for 3 yrs this is the worst city in the state, they always have water problemslike water need to boil before use and crime. The city mayor or whoever work for this city, need a-lot of work to be done. We stay here due to job contract. I can’t wait to get out of this city.
Calling the hotline is hit or miss. Sometimes I get quickly but most times I hear hold music for several minutes, only for the operator to finally answer and say “Killeen water department please hold .” And throw me back on hold with the music playing . This place needs a better operated customer service support line

Lori or Laura, in the office, has to be the dumbest person alive and worst customer service rep ever. She will literally give customers the run around and lie before owning that maybe they made a mistake. Speaks volumes on what kind of person she probably is outside of work too. She needs to find a new career.

I spoke with Lori, VERY RUDE, as are most of the women there. Don't treat me like I am beneath you, as it is with my dollars your salary is paid, Customer service training should be in your short term goal plan, thus far I am convinced you have NO clue of Customer service. What a waist of tax dollars.
Not a decent customer service person here. They never send my bill, but I always get the late notice. Online service won't connect to my address. They only pick up my garbage a couple times a month....
If I could leave no stars, I would. How can you charge a late fee for paying a bill on the date it's due?
You can pay your bills,water, sewer, etc, you got to pay a deposit, but if you get benefitsgov check, or soothing like that you can either got it waved or get it put on you next months bill,you pay a $95dep+$25 for them to hook up, and you pay it all no half payments,you do get friendly service,there's a drive thrue, it's much faster but it's only to pay bills,there is an online site, CITY OF KILLEEN TEXAS GOVERNMENT.Just set up in online account and go from there but you need your account number
So rude and horrible customer service called and asked how was they day going answer was busy what do you want ? Smh what a horrible person and experience
