Bitney's itself has a large selection of furniture and decent pricing plus sales and coupons. We purchased a table set, a hutch and a dresser. However, the sales lady Trish didn't call us back when she was supposed to... THREE times. When she did finally call she was rude. I don't recommend that salesperson.

Purchased a leather sectional that was not holding up, after only a few months. Purchase was well over $4K, w called about how it was holding up, Bitney's sent someone out to inspect and regardless of mfg defect or other issue, they stated all they cared about was our satisfaction. We got a different sectional at the same price range and Bitney's even dropped in some extra items we needed at no additional charge. I am in business, and I can honestly say, this is how you treat customers. Exceptional from the delivery guys to store staff. Word of mouth bad outcomes travel faster than good in most cases. This is why I an writing a review. This place has amazing customer service and will definitely tell anyone I deal with, if you are shopping for furniture, make this one of your stops! Very satisfied and will be back. Thanks for being here in the Flathead.

I’ll start off by saying the first half of my experience was great. I worked with Aaron, he ordered me the couch I wanted. Then we’d call to check on the couch.. and the different sales team would give me different answers like 6 months, 9 months… maybe a year. Then the next day my couch was there. I ordered an ottoman to go with the couch. Upon picking up my couch, I was told my $500 initial payment deposit on the couch was not recorded and I’d have to talk to my original sales man who was out that day. So I paid the $3250 and had a receipt saying paid in full and signed by the employee. I then went in to pick up my ottoman about a month later thinking they would apply the first $500 to the balance of the ottoman. When I walked in they told me they did find it and it was applied to my couch and not my ottoman. So $500 went missing somewhere. I asked them to apply it to my ottoman which they would not. I asked for the manager, he came out and started laughing as if $500 was no big deal to lose. I work very hard for my money, and I was happy to have paid for this outright vs on credit. I provided the text message saying I had to pay for my ottoman upon pick up of the couch, I provided my receipt of cash and my receipt for the deposit of $500. So I owed $249 which I was there to pay and pick up my ottoman. I asked to speak to the owner, they would not let me. I asked to speak to the store manager, they would not let me. I asked to speak to their accountant, was denied that as well. I called back the following business day to ask for the owner or manager and was hung up on. I would have liked to give this store a positive review, unfortunately I am having to take them to small claims court. I would never recommend sending anyone to this furniture store. They are suppose to be a local business and all they are doing is screwing the community. I worked with Aaron, Lance, Travis, and Matt. Hopefully after small claims court I can get my money back and order my ottoman through conlins. My attorney had no problem taking this on as he said it’s an easy win. I’m posting as a buyer beware.

This store was very large and had a great selection. Our salesman was more than helpful, he even moved certain pieces from room to room so we could see how well it matched with other pieces. He was helpful with suggestions and we were able to find several great items.

Great customer service. Ordered furniture from them got a call later to let me know the price would be less than what was quoted. Highly recommend.

Bitney's boasts the largest furniture showroom in all of Montana, but I come from an area with bigger population centers, where big showrooms aren't unusual. The pricing is pretty good, and they do get some more unique pieces. Most of the large inventory is pretty basic, "vanilla" merchandise, though, perfectly serviceable but not special. And much of the unique comes off as kitschy rather than chic. I'd personally love to see more modern *NOT* contemporary modern, more rustic or Scandinavian, modestly industrial, or Rejuvenation style options. The salespeople have always been super helpful, although they can only sell what they have access to. They'll be sure to help you find it if they have it, though!

We went here after a disappointing high pressure sales situation at conlins and what a difference! The prices on the furniture are the actual prices no ‘let me talk with my manager to see what kind of deal we can get you’ and they leave you alone to browse! We got a gorgeous flexsteel couch that was cheaper at Britney’s than anywhere online and they held it for us with no deposit for 6 weeks while we waited for some swatches to come in. Fantastic customer service, great prices, no pressure, great return policy. I’ll be shopping here again!

If you want great service after you purchase... then these are the people you want to deal with. We bought a sofa and had it delivered as expected, then it turned out that it clashed with out decor. We tried to justify it for a week and we went back to get a bed and saw the perfect sofa!!! They swapped with no questions asked!! Great customer service!!!

We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Britney's and have always been pleased. We have a home in Kalispell, but don't live there full time. We had an issue with a couch we purchased; they picked it up and took care of the problem when we were in town on very short notice. They even brought it back at our convenience. We can't say enough about how happy we are with their products as well as their customer service. We will continue to buy our furniture there. They are amazing. Thanks to all the staff; we appreciate you.

Nice showroom and lots of inventory. Customer service was great with multicolor people asking if I needed help. I would go here again in the future for sure.
