I had a wonderful experience! I could not have been more happy with my experience! This was my first Brazilian wax and was pretty nervous, but my waxer, Vicky was incredible! She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She was very quick, proficient, and communicative! The front desk were lovely and professional! First time getting a brazillian wax, and all I can say is that if you’re looking for a place to go, this is it!!!! the receptionist & the person who did the service was super welcoming! I don’t usually leave reviews unless I have good things to say, but I truly can’t give this place more than two stars for what it has become. I Got a membership here back in 2021 because my first  couple experiences were good, but then I started to notice that none of the ladies working there actually stay there and thought that was a little strange… I did not love the fact that I started to get different ladies for my Brazilian waxes, and during my last experience the woman severely burnt me and didn’t remove all my hair? I had mentioned several times that the wax was really hot and tried to ask her questions to see if maybe she was new? She replied with “it’s really busy today so we don’t have time to wait for it to cool down” and had mentioned that she only works there on weekends and that it’s not her main career, and I suddenly realized that she probably does not care about the fact that she’s burning such a sensitive area of my body nor if she does a sloppy job. My skin looked and felt awful for several days after this wax. I decided to call and let the manger know and just close my account permanently because I didn’t feel comfortable coming back here, and I thought this was done until I got an email this morning confirming my payment… I asked to speak to the same manager but I was told that she longer works there shocker and that they won’t have a manager in until Tuesday. Shouldn’t there always be a manager on duty? Weird.Service:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

Shay was fantastic as per usual, and even recommended a dry brush to me- which the I believe assistant manager helped me with at the front! They were super helpful and had great product knowledge. Overall great experience at fuzz and with Shay, as always!Service:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

Nicole always does an amazing job! it was completely painless. she’s always on time and makes me feel comfortable. i highly recommend going to see her for any service.

I have been going here for years now and have had great experiences, particularly with the esthetician I always book with Kiran-she’s wonderful.  Unfortunately, in this past year I have been rescheduled multiple times 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes past what I had originally booked for with many emails to prove it. Coming later wouldn’t be a problem with me, had I been informed…but all that I have been getting are reminder texts saying to see me tomorrow for the rescheduled time I had 0 approval of. I’m particular about my appointment times because I am always booking them around the things I need to do/get done for the day. A simple phone call the day before would have been helpful so that I have time to reorganize my day…even though I don’t owe them the accommodation.  Today, I had received a text saying that I will be seen tomorrow at 12:40pm when I had chosen to come in at 12:00pm. Again, I can show the emails proving that 12:00pm is what I booked. I called in to speak to someone, she was kind and tried to solve the problem for me. She had said that what she can see on her end was that I did not have 12:00pm book, I had 12:20pm booked not true. She proceeds to tell me that I was pushed to 12:40pm and there was a “note” saying that someone needed to call me to tell me.  I get it, things and mistakes happen, but it’s not fair that I had to go through these experiences multiple times with nobody telling me. It’s hard to change my plans last minute to come for the time that they rescheduled me for without me knowing.  Today’s incident happened one too many times so I just canceled my appointment and emailed to have my membership canceled as well.  To make matters worse, I was told that someone is going to call me back right away. No one called back. This was at 3:00pm. Super disheartened.

Great service. A little pricey but it makes sense for the facility. Membership pricing would be good if you plan on visiting regularly.

Nikki took really care of me with a Zillian! I was so impressed at not only the service but the level of professionalism, friendly staff, and cleanliness.  I’m now a member and planning to use two locations.

Fifteen minute Brazilian waxes that don't hurt and don't leave a single bit of hair behind.  I thought this was impossible.  Price is not amazing but I've definitely paid more for less
