I don't always buy, but they have a good selection of used movies. The new ones are a bit high-priced, but they do offer a "buy 2, get 1 free" deal on used ones. You can also find pop-type things that you find elsewhere. The used movies are much easier to find now, then they were on the back wall. Good move!!
Vinyl collection for sale was very abysmal. I've been to other FYE and this one was pretty sad and lackluster

As always, I loved spending an hour in this place. They always have a huge selection of movies, music on both cds and vinyl. Clothes, toys and so much more. Really good deals of everything if your not wanting to spend too much.
The store has recently gotten a new manager, hence why I am editing this review. Certainly improvements with friendliness and cleanliness, but still a little disorganized in regards to the CD's and DVD's.
Service was great. Checkout was a breeze they even let me leave my item there while I finished shopping in the mall. The reason for the low rating is my speaker is big but not very loud at all. For the price I feel it should be louder. Taking it back tomorrow sad face.
I love that they have a variety of music cds and vinyl records. Also a unique collection of horror movies, Asian candies and treats, and lots of different speakers ranging in sizes and features. Glad they are surviving this pandemic. Would be sad to see them gone.
i love going to fye because i love their k-pop selection. the last few times i went before this time they didn’t have a good selection of kpop, and it took them forever to restock, but with covid an all, i understand. the staff is friendly! the only issue i have is that i feel like they kind of overpriced their items. i love the fye backstage pass. if you are offered the backstage pass, take it! my total was like $72.00 but the backstage pass dropped it down to $64.00! come here every time i come to sioux city and will definitely be coming back!
I visited right before Christmas, in search of specific CDs. First of all, I remember FYE being the place to go in Sioux City when you were looking for a CD. I was shocked to find very few of them, especially new ones. There were more used than new, but they are so unorganized that you can't find what you're looking for anyway. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the store was cluttered and messy.
Well, if you're looking for a movie or a CD/record and can't find it at Walmart and don't want to wait for it to arrive from ordering online, check out this FYE. One of my favorite stores in the Southern Hills Mall. It's one of those places that I wish was just a little bit bigger, but that being said, it still has way more variety than your discount superstore. And the sales are pretty darn awesome, too. They've also got one of those machines that enables you to make a custom mix CD comes with download code for free digital, so that's really cool. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They can sometimes tend to hover, but they're just trying to do their job and some people like having somebody constantly waiting to help. The store has recently started to embrace carrying even more fandom items and collectibles, which I think is smart. You never know what you are going to find!
