Don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case I definitely have something to say. My boyfriend and I spit up he went to the restroom, and I went into the store. The girl at the register didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked in she was too busy looking at her phone. I paid no mind shrugged it off. And started looking around. My boyfriend finally met up with me and we kept browsing finding things for Christmas gifts. After about a half hour to 45 mins of shopping we make our way to the register the girl is still glued into her phone, says absolutely nothing. Until we’re right on top of her and she finally opens her mouth only to say that the credit card reader isn’t working because of the “weather” and they were only taking cash. I looked at my boyfriend and looked back at her and go then we can’t get anything, why didn’t you say anything when we walked in? We walked in at completely separate times and nothing was addressed. As I walked out first my boyfriend put things back and walks out and tells me that the girl was standing in there cursing me out calling me a b$&@h because we didn’t buy anything. Strongly recommend you find different help because this isn’t the first time the staff has been completely rude and disrespectful.
Awesome place! Wonderful assortment of small gifts and unique and unusual drinks and food. But they could definitely use more music related stuff. More cds, more records, box sets and band shirts! I have been going to FYE for decades since the wall went out of business, and I will continue to shop there.
This location is getting ready to close. They still have plenty of movies and t-shirts,etc.
Went In To This Store Not Expecting To Get Anything. I Was In Complete Shock They Supplied The Flash Pop Funko Here. Of Course I Had To Get It, Since No Other Store Had It. This Place Is Always Organized And Staff Are Friendly. The Cashier Was Very Nice And She Actually Made A Conversation. They Are More Than Just People Working There. I Also Came Out Getting Flash T-Shirts. I Did My Holiday Shopping For Myself. I Should Go To This Location More Often. Sadly Is Far From Where I Live, But It Wouldn't Hurt To Come More Often Or When I Can.
Employee was very rude and unprofessional. They also try to trick you into buying a subscription service by initially telling you it's free, then they tell you they didn't lie because it's a "free" trial conveniently they omit the trial part when you ask them. Beware don't fall for it. Also they get very angry when you call them out on this very shady practice. Word of advice at least own up to your shady business practices when your called out on it. You lost a customer and you lost a sale. Another word of advice, businesses are usually nice to customers who intend to spend a lot of money, they dont yell at them and chase them out of the store when they refuse to sign up for some bogus subscription service. In a market that's disappearing in the digital world you should be a little more keen on trying to maintain a customer base.
Good selection of various pop culture t-shirts and collectibles with a limited selection of movies and shows on DVD/Blu-ray. The discs I saw were primarily used so they make a great place to look for anything "older" that you want with some new stuff mixed in.
Keeping in mind the mall is closing. It is impossible to say my experience was good or bad.
Going back to the mid 90s when it was the wall, I’ve gotten tons of music and movies here, sucks to see it go!
I’ve gone into the fye in the Palmer park mall Easton pa for a long never in all those times was the employees rude until now I spent a decent amount of money dose not matter what you spend the worker should be friendly no matter what with out customers they would not have a job fyi to the woman working that day if you’re not happy in your job quit or at least have some friendly manners.
May 05, 2021 @Palmer Park Mall, Easton PA I picked 3 movies from the table where it says 3 for $15. At the register it came out as twenty some dollars. I told the cashier that I picked these movies from the 3 f0r $15 table. She replied: someone must have misplaced the movies. I asked her, which one is not in this category, so I can pick another one. Guess what? The cashier told me, she didn't know which ones. I put the movies back. The cashier didn't even try to keep the movies at the counter, so she or anyone who works there can sort out the misplaced movies to avoid the same situation happening again. Good job, management!
