I like a lot, the new collection. The customer service by the manager and team make it you feel comfortable, confident.

This was my first time at this location. The store associates are super friendly & very helpful. They assisted me with sizing & fit. Not only did I find what I needed, it was actually on sale. I will for sure be returning for future purchases.

The store manager was a young kid Iliana at the time I tried to return an unworn item with my receipt and she couldn’t return it to the form of payment nor put the purchased item on a gift card or store credit. It was past the 30 day limit which I know but from my understanding She was able to give me store credit I’ve had this happen before and the store helped me to purchase something later she changed her mind a few times to exchange it but I didn’t hand the time to exchange as I own a business I needed to get back to. If you want a frequent regular yo shop with you you would do anything to make it work definitely not shopping here again. Iliana was to be honest naive and not helpful. I used to work and manage retail store across Orlando and something could have been done especially for an un worn and an item without receipt. I called corporate and emailed them regarding this matter.

Guess has fantastic clothes to begin with! The outstanding customer service and store layout is a super plus. Always a pleasure to visit and shop! Definitely recommend stopping by! You won't be disappointed!

If you're looking for a club-y, night out-ish with a little casual flair to your style this is the place to be. For men, you'll find your t shirts and dress shirts with jeans and shorts. I didn't notice any active wear. The staff was attentive, helpful and extemely nice. To use the dressing room you have have someone unlock the door for you. they wiped down the counter/register after every use from a customer. Pretty cool place.

Store is nice and staff are friendly. Very organised and clean. The thing that I didn't like was that I was there to by sneakers and they were on sale in G by Guess in Lake Buena Vista Factory store and online also but in that store was on the regular price. I informed the store associate and didn't buy anything because it will be on all other items. There should be consistency between branches for the comfort of their customers.

I don't know if the information is wrong here but I was waiting for 15 minutes until they open their doors at 11:00 as the information on Google Maps says but for my bad surprise the lady told me that they open at 12:00 p.m. I am going to call Corporate Office during the week to clarify that.

Fabulous clothes for a fairly reasonable price. The staff was very distant though; they definitely don't encourage a shopping atmosphere. That could be a good thing, I guess pun intended ... Unless it's you're business.
