Every stores cross the mall have millions people inside. Guess made everyone stand in-line even only few people at the store. They only let 1 person come in at the time. I can’t leave my two kids and come in by myself I told her my kids have to come with me . She said you have to keep wait inline with all those people . Only 5 people in the whole entire store it’s empty check photos below . Such a stupid rules . Covid?? Come on is had been 3 years. Never want to step my feet in there again. The girls at the door was so dump . She doesn’t know what she doing . Rayna what ever her name is .
This was my first time at this location and I probably won’t ever come back due to one of the workers A white lady with the braided pony tail and glasses kept looking at me and my cousins. She didn’t think I noticed but I did and I don’t appreciate it. It’s called racial profiling and you need to do better! Next time I will keep my BLACK DOLLAR and spend elsewhere!
I have always been a fan of GUESS. Their denim is what got me to change my wardrobe around. My most recent visit here was specifically for new denim. I was looking for something out of the ordinary, and that was just what I did. I ended up purchasing skinny style denim I have never purchased skinny style denim before. The customer service here was amazing, and it always has been. It was extremely personalized and engaging. I appreciate the sales representative not trying to upsell other things to me. I made it clear that I was here specifically for new denim, and he respected that. He did everything he could to give me the best service in finding all the denim that I desired. The absence of the upselling made this experience much better for me because it did not distract from what I intended to be there for.
Staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit that lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours, they came by and asked us a couple times if we needed any assistance. Cashier was smiling too.
good selection. watch for sales and clearance for the best deals as their prices are a little higher due to branding.

I traveled from Lansing to Great Lakes Crossing to shop with my daughter. We left a pair of sandals we purchased, called the next day and they shipped them to me, at no charge, and quickly. I really appreciate that because I work a lot and don't have time to go back and get them. The in store staff when I shopped there were friendly, knowledgeable about sizing, and polite.
Don’t waste money on jacket. We brought black and yellow womens jackets and when we unpack our stuff yellow jacket color messed up. And bad part is cashier says they can’t return this damaged item. There is no way to give zero star. Please please don’t waste your money
Nice store very nice items like watches, bags, clothes, sunglasses. Bought some nice sunglasses from here and happy with that purchase. A little too expensive for the t-shirts but still a good place to shop. $20 per shirt. I hope they lower the prices because then I will definitely buy some shirts.
Jeans advertised on shelves as $49 each and buy one get one 50% off. Go to register and one pair $79.99 & the other $69.99! Associate's response " that's the pricing now and there's only 2 of us". Me, "cancel and you can keep"! I now remember why I stop shopping there.
