Classes will be in the style of Military Bootcamp, without the pressure but with all of the intensity. All classes will be a mix of Routines including:
Bootcamp, TRX Suspension Training, Cardio Boxing & Kick boxing, Tabata Style, Weight Training while using equipment like Heavy Bags, Battle Ropes, Sledge hammers, Kettle Bells, Sandbags, Resistance Bands, Jump Ropes, Medicine Balls, TRX and even Huge Tractor tires!
