Gabby did my alterations for my adventure elopement in the Tetons this past summer. She had my dress finished so quickly! I was so stressed out trying to find a reputable tailor in Nashville, and I couldn’t find anyone with good reviews. I read a lot of horror stories, and I’m only 4’11 so I knew I needed someone who knows what they are doing! I ended up finding Gabby online, and her reviews are amazing for good reason. I called three months before the wedding, and they literally got my dress done so quickly. It was such a fast turn around time! The attention to detail was immaculate, and every minute I was there Gabby and her staff were so kind. I am so so grateful to have found them! Thank you for making my day so special and stress free!

Gabby is the only one I would trust with my wedding dress alterations, she also fixed my husbands Tux for the wedding! She made sure we had everything on time and fixed everything to exactly how we liked it. She is THE expert in her field.

So thankful I chose to bring my wedding dress here for alterations! Gabby is the sweetest person and personally looked at my dress and was so quick about seeing exactly what needed to be altered. She did a fabulous job, the dress ended up fitting me like a glove, it was perfect! The day before my wedding, we could not figure out how to do the bustle, so we rushed to the store and Gabby took her time showing us how to do the bustle and then even let us practice it ourselves while she watched. We were so thankful she could help us on such short notice! Gabby is a gem, please go here, you won't regret it!

I drove 40 miles to get my wedding dress altered at Gabby’s, and I’m SO glad I did!! There were places closer to me, but I’ve heard amazing things about Gabby’s, so I went with them instead. She got my dress fitting perfectly in a matter of weeks. Nikki helped me at both fittings, and she was so kind and encouraging. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the very beginning, it was not a very good pleasant experience, we went the first time for my daughter to get her wedding dress & her reception dress pinned for alterations. The next date that we were supposed to go in to have her try dresses on & to also pick up, they called an hour before the appointment time & said they had to cancel because Gaby’s sister was in town & Gaby forgot about my daughters dresses. Needless to say, they freaked my daughter out. I called Gaby to let her know that was very unprofessional because there was at least 6 people’s schedules now messed up. She gave me a discount for the inconvenience. She scheduled us to come in the next Wednesday at 5:30. I called 1 day before to just confirm the appointment, had to leave a message. A girl called me a few hours later & said that they had us down Monday. I said no, she wasn’t down at all for Monday. She said well you all can come anytime, then as we ended the conversation, she thought she hung the phone up & clear as day I hear her say “ Oh my God she’s rude” then hung up. I discussed it with my daughter, she said she’s over it. I called back & told her I heard what she said & that we are done, that I want to come pick up dresses & take our business somewhere else. Gaby got on the phone & attempted an apology. We went in that Wednesday for the appointment & Gaby kept going back & forth between my daughter & at least 4-5 other women in there for alterations. My daughter had so much that was completely wrong in the alterations, she stood there & cried. It was horrible. The stuff she altered wasn’t even close to being right. The back bustle when Gaby put it up was at least a foot off the ground which didn’t look good at all, then the bra cups that was sewn in was completely showing, the buttons on the back when she buttoned them was totally crooked, parts of the sleeves was all baggy & bunched up on one side but not the other, the straps on reception dress was completely off. One side was way wider than the other side & on the left breast side it was completely buckled. There was so many adjustments that was needed, there must of been at least 100 pins in the wedding dress alone. If it would of been a few tweaks, that would be understandable, but it wasn’t. She acted offended every time any of us tried to show her where it was wrong & needed to be fixed. We didn’t get out until about 7:30, with no dresses. I called the very next morning to let them know I was coming to pick up dresses, that we wasn’t happy at all, that it’s pretty bad when a bride is standing there crying because it was just a hot mess. When I got there, Gaby had the nerve to try to tell me she wanted to fix it, that there was only a few things that needed to be done. I said it was way more, than a few. I said at this point we don’t feel comfortable even leaving the dresses there & I don’t mind paying for what little bit she did do correctly. She showed me the total, she actually was charging me the entire price which was close to a $1,000 dollars. I said no, what even happened to the discount?! that’s completely not happening since the dress was not even close to being right. Long story short, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was a nightmare for my daughter. We since had an appointment at another place that same day & this girl is nothing but amazing!!!! She definitely knows her stuff!

Gabby and her team did an incredible job with alterations for my wedding dress! There was one finicky issue with the dress, but Gabby took the extra time to make sure I was 100% satisfied. It looked beautiful on the big day, and I'm forever grateful for their patience, compassion, and attention to detail. Will exclusively use Gabby's for any future dress alterations!

I cannot believe this!!! Beware if you have a tulle wedding dress, the edges were NOT even. Like, I noticed it instantly and my heart sank when I was trying it on.... how can you give this to a customer??? it’s a dress with a lot of layers so, as you can imagine, that’s a lot of uneven edges. I truly wish I would have went somewhere else. Gabby is sweet but I was under the impression SHE would be doing my dress, had no idea it would be other young ladies working on it..... this looks like a child did it.

Gabby is the best! She and her staff are so friendly and attentive. She listens to what you want and makes it happen! My dress had sleeves before and she altered it to have an off the shoulder look. It was perfect! So thankful to her and the staff for everything! Highly recommend her services!

Gabbi did a wonderful job with both my wedding dress she did an amazing job with my bustle and my husband’s suit. However, the date for my dress was moved three times before I was actually able to get in. It's a busy season, so I understand it was just a bit stress-inducing!

Gabby did an absolutely AMAZING job with altering my wedding dress. She paid such great attention to detail, listened to what felt best to me and took great care with teaching my friend how to do the bustle on the dress. I cannot say enough amazing things about this shop and the sweet staff that they have
