I didn't realize that there were so many deals to be found here! The prices and selection were great! It was close to closing when I wandered in but I'm looking forward to going back to really explore. This is the type of store to really take your time in.

I personally love shopping at Rugged Wearhouse. The staff there are nice and the prices are a steal for some quality clothes. The shoe selection isn't bad either. All in all its a great place to shop.

I visited Gabes at 3400 Westgate Dr. Ste 13B, Durham, . I find that normally all staff is nice and try to assist in any way of helping find items. On July 4th, 2018 we stopped at this location and purchased a couple of items. The two African American cashiers were nice and pleasant. My husband found a pair of black shorts that he wanted to purchase and found that it was faded a little and requested to see a supervisor to see if he could get a couple of dollars off. When he asked he cashiers to call someone, they stated we really do not want to call her because she doesn't like for you to call her on request like this; she will not do anything for you. My husband grinned . I said to the young ladies this supervisor has you all in fear of her. I said that's what a supervisor is here in the store for not to sit back in the office and not want to be bothered. I requested that she call her. When one of the cashiers called and stated someone up front would like to speak with her , she asked what the person wanted and one of the cashiers informed her ; the supervisor told the cashier to tell us she would not be able to do anything. I asked what was the supervisor last name , the clerk called back to the supervisor and asked her last name and she would not give it to us . That was not professional and good customer service. I did get that the supervisor name was Sherry and I did inform the cahier I would be contacting the headquarter office

I like this store very much. Couldnt find my grandson's size in some things, but I will check on next shipment. Love the clearance rack. Check it out!!

The store in Durham is closing.... from my understanding they need a new spot. I will absolutely miss this store ,I'm super rough on my clothes so I saved a lot of cash buying there.

Great prices on many name brands! Not happy with reward system...forces you to use rewards in just 30 days. Employees are very friendly and helpful.Thanks.

They have change the name from Rugged Warehouse to Gabe's, it's still feels like Rugged Warehouse. Graeat deals. I have stopped shopping ROSS they are more expensive. TJMAXX plus size selection is almost null Gabe's in GARNER IS AWESOME! I will continue to shop Westgate location it's convenient to work.

Old clothes, high prices, poor selections! This used to be a place to find good quality clothe at bargain prices. Now I just shop at the malls for the same price as theirs and better quality.

Good discounts to be found. Great surprises with nice shoes. It's a hit or miss, but dun to find deals!

Very good prices. You can find good clothes, smell goods, some school supplies. Plus the shoes are great.
