The name, Gaby et Jules, recognizes Fred’s grandfather, Gabriel, and Piquard’s grandfather, Jules. Although both men never met, they shared a dream of someday opening a bakery. Their grandsons are excited to make that dream come to fruition!
Piquard creates the signature sweet confections at Paris 66 and brings with him experience from Fauchon and Ladurée, two of the biggest names in French pâtisserie.
