Oh my word I cannot say enough good things about this place. I did so much research before going to another salon. Peter was super amazing from beginning to end. I kind of told him you know like what I was thinking and like what I was wanting for my hair. And he came through like a champ. It was everything I wanted and more. He also did some thing with my hair so I can look less blocky at the top with my roots grow out to make it blended. He was super conversational and nice to talk to the entire time. And he also gave me a keratin treatment to help my hair. It was 100% worth the price and the experience honestly to make sure my hair was not damaged in anyway and done right.

I really was excited to get my hair done, I had been letting it grow out for a long time from a short cut. I made an appointment at Gadabout because of their reputation for having top notch hair dressers. I was getting color and cut. Boy was I disappointed. My hairdresser, I won’t say her name, just seemed to not be into me or what I was wanting for my hair. She seemed to give me reasons why what I was asking for couldn’t work. She told me my hair was too thin and that the cut I wanted would look terrible. After leaving I wanted to cry. My hair looked worse than when I went in. My friend looked at it and said it looked like she took a a knife to it. It was so uneven and my ends looked fried. I reluctantly called and let them know how I felt. The receptionist gladly made me a “redo” appointment with the same lady. Of course she said it would be no charge. That was not a very comfortable visit and she was not better. I am so unhappy and disappointed in gadabout! I had just spent nearly $300 on my hair and have never been so unhappy with the way it looks. I will never go back or recommend anyone spend the money to go there.

April NAILED IT when it came to my haircut!! I've been growing my hair out from a short pixie and was to the point of frustration with it and not really knowing a direction to go. I showed April a few pictures of styles and we talked for a bit. Well all I can say is I left LOVING my hair!! Thank you April

Todd is AMAZING, I highly recommend booking an appointment with him!!! He’s professional, timely and very personable. I’ve never felt more beautiful. He gave me the most gorgeous cut and color I’ve ever had!!! The salon was very clean and spa like and everyone was so kind. 20/10!! Will absolutely be back!

Overall was not impressed with the salon or service. I got an okay hair color but the haircut was ridiculous! Spending hundreds of dollars to them travel to Vietnam and get a much much much better haircut for $12!! Definitely won’t return.

Best stylists in Arizona. I've been going to Gadabout for at least 20+ years. I moved from Tucson to Chandler about 8 yrs ago and still drive 1.5 hrs to go back to Gadabout.

Lisa is top notch! Love the excellent customer service start to finish at Gadabout. Mind you, it's not cheap, but well worth it considering the excellent job by all associates.

Always professional and Stylist Alyssa was very knowledgeable and gave me the perfect haircut I desperately needed!

My hair turned out beautiful but it was definitely pricey and they unselled me which I didn't expect from a fancy salon. I would love to go back but I can't afford $300 every time I get a cut and color.
