Gadsden ISD educates approximately 14,200 students in programs stretching from preschool through the 12th grade. With three preschools, sixteen elementary schools, three middle schools and five high schools, the education of the students of southern NM.

To whom it may concern, I am a concerned parent of one of your students attending Anthony Elementary. Me as a parent I am doing my absolute best to ensure my student is learning online during “their schedule hours”. However didn’t any of the staff,faculty, school board ever had any consideration of working parents during this tragic era that we are going through right now. I feel as if we were left out in this situation. Didn’t he even create an option for us working parents, for us essential workers. Me myself, as a grocery worker who stocks food to feed your family and friends. To ensure that we essential worker provide for “you.” Now is there any way possible that there can be a discussion ,a reenactment to our situation to us working parents trying to make it through this tragic event with our families. By creating an option for us, and not just some set standard who the school board basically thinks everyone can follow. I do not want my child to be the 10% of the class that stays behind because of the lack of planning and consideration. Sincerely a Concerned Parent

I grew up with this district and left the moment I got to high school. Never did I know what learning to fight for your life was until I attended this district with the kids that obviously have no discipline at home and think it’s cool to be a bully. I unfortunately had to enroll my son at the elementary and I’m seeing the same patterns as my son not wanting to be there. Get it together already hold the kids accountable and move those kids around vs the ones that are no issue why isn’t there good parenting anymore to teach your kids to behave the right way yet my kid gets yelled at bc he defends himself. I fear for this district as the years go by and the generation gets worse and parents lay back on parenting thinking this is easy.
Gadsden district has some of the most efficient, polite employees.. always a pleasure to visit this establishment.
