Dr. Gage has been wonderful. He is very respectful and you can tell he cares about not only his patients, but his staff as well. He is very knowledgeable and we always leave feeling better after our first time parent questions pop up.
Overall, my experience with Gage Pediatrics has been great. The staff Lisa, Lacey, Daisy, Dr. Gage/Rachel, etc. have been amazing to work with. However, a major issue I've had is with Tina in billing. I called about a claim and she was very rude and combative. I explained to her the information I received from my insurance company and before I could finish she interrupted me. Instead of treating me professionally, she proceeded to tell me "I've spent too many hours on the phone with your insurance and I will not be contacting them, they can reach out to me." As a parent, I've spent a lot of time on hold with my insurance company trying to get this resolved only to be treated unprofessionally by the provider. My insurance company specifically asked that the billing department for the provider reach out to get the issue resolved. Very poor customer service.
My children were assigned to Dr. Gage by our insurance provider, so I wasn't really expecting to love him or the office. WOW was I wrong... the office staff is very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. It's easy to get a same day appointment if you need one, no waiting for weeks on end for appointments. Dr. Gage is great with the children, has seemed to always properly diagnose any ailments, and has given great advice on keeping the kids healthy. I have no complaints and highly recommend this office.
I have been taking my daughter and son toDr Gage since they were babies. I love him. He listens and explains everything. I even got my brother to take his baby to him. The office staff is very helpful as well.
