Description

After earning her Master of Business Administration degree from the American Graduate School of International Management in 1983, Ms. Lowe spent the next decade managing the finances of several businesses and opening her own bookkeeping business. In 1996, Gail earned certification as a public accountant. Since then, as an independent businesswoman, she has served clients as a business and individual consultant, tax advisor and financial mentor.
