Welcome to Gain Theory Fitness, the peninsula's premier waterfront in home private personal training gym. My name is Cameron and i am the owner and trainer of this awesome new private gym. We offer a vast variety of training needs varying from post injury rehab, posture, stretching and mobility to strength and conditioning, olympic weightlifting and crossfit style training programs. Among these great options we also offer travel to home personal training at your house, online personal training and nutrition coaching as well!
We have all of the strength and functional equipment you would get at a commercial gym but with the luxury of having an actual "personal" training session in the private setting of your or my home. Gain Theory Fitness is located outdoors among the beautiful waterfront of San Mateo and Foster City Lagoon. We welcome any and all fitness levels and look forward to creating an incredible reputation for offering great service but even better results!
