My husband and I have done business with Gainesville Discount Furniture for several years and have purchased at least five different furniture sets from them. Every piece has been high quality and beautiful! The experience is always a great experience and you honestly can't beat the prices! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Had the best experience here looking for last minute furniture as a single student. I was in and out within an hour and half. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure everything was to my liking and jn my budget.

I ordered the Bolzano furniture set online. I really like the furniture and the delivery process was very prompt. After the delivery guys left, I discovered that the sofa was broken. Ashley quickly sent a technician to inspect the sofa and a new replacement is on its way in a few days. The technician's name is Tim F and he was very helpful. He did the inspection efficiently and even gave me tips on how to better take care of my furniture. He took care of the replacement process promptly. Things happen during furniture delivery but how efficiently the matter is handled is what differentiates good furniture companies from the rest. Elias

Overall the experience was very good. Was able to find a dresser with matching nightstands at a very good price and was able to pick it up within two weeks of ordering. The customer service is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 though. Was told that "Probably not going to find anything and did you read the sign on the front door" by the tall gentleman, whom I'm assuming is one of the owners, after stating that we we're looking for a just dresser. There was no mention of budget so I thought that a little odd. Got the "buy or get out and don't waste my time" vibe. Just seemed like he was a little jaded. Was eventually advised that the big touch screen monitors that they had throughout the store also had inventory to check out that the don't necessarily have in the store. Definitely check those out if you don't see anything around the store that you like. I understand that this is a busy store and that you're trying to set realistic expectations as well as separate the tire kickers from actual customers. A little bit of friendliness can go a long way to making a customer feel welcome as opposed to burdensome. With all that being said, the furniture quality we received was great and a decent price. Very happy with the purchase. I do appreciate that they were able to get the furniture in stock when they said that they would. I would most likely go back.

Best price in town! We purchased a king mattress and box spring. Best sleep I’ve had in years. This furniture store has tons of options in stock ready to take home. Ashley and Greg are able to get furniture you need. Their customer service is spectacular with no pressure. They genuinely want to help you find what you need at a remarkable price. 10/10

I have been purchasing furniture from Gainesville Discount furniture starting 2016. My son-in-law and daughter recommended to go to this store in 2016. Since then we have been their customers, purchased most of the furniture from this store for my house. Ashley and Greg, wife and husband I noticed are good people with great family values. They treat their customers with care and help choose that would meet the needs of the client. They take care of all the clients that come through giving them the time the clients need. Their prices are unbelievably great. I visited the other furniture stores in Gainesville but this Gainesville Discount furniture store beats them all. They stay with their promise of time of delivery, and the delivering people they use were good. I give 5 Stars for this store!
