Gala Express

Went to pick up my dress at 11:25am and the door was locked. Called the number to ask when the store would be open and the answer was 2pm and that she takes appointments on some occasions which I didn’t know. On Google hours of operation show 11-7pm which I explained. Continue to inform the gal that I drove from Yakima and if it was possible for her to come just to get my dress. She said no bc she had a baby with her. I get a call 20min later that she would be in. I turned around and drove back. I’d hate for someone else to go through this. I’d call to make sure someone is there. Poor business management. With all the competitors around I hope they make a change.

Gabby the daughter is very difficult to work with and is not professional in any way. Never responds kindly or at all and the selection is limited. I am being harassed constantly for my review from Carmen who keeps changing her handle. The unprofessionalism is so blatant. They only treat their customers who they like. Not everyone is treated equal.
